Incredible Service I don't usually write reviews, but I had a great experience so I wanted to share it. I bought a certified pre-owned 2014 Mazda 6 from these guys and t I don't usually write reviews, but I had a great experience so I wanted to share it. I bought a certified pre-owned 2014 Mazda 6 from these guys and the price was fair. I was a bit suspicious at first so I called in to see if there were any issues with the car. This dealer is about 2 hours away from me, so I didn't want to waste my time on something that I may have not been interested in buying. A nice lady by the name of Michelle made things clear. She clearly stated some of the minor cosmetic issues and I instantly found her to be honest and fair. So I thought it was worth my time to make the trip. She was consistent in person as well and had her teammate, Nate, show me the car. The car was absolutely fine despite some minor dings and road rash. Nate even let me take it out for a long test drive on the highway and on local roads where there were plenty of turns to enjoy the car's handling. He explained all the features and let me try them all out. There was no pressure as I made it clear to Nate that I would think about it and had a few other cars to check out. I did just that and got a call from Nate a couple of days later. I decided to get the car from them. So I did just that and the experience was great. Since I knew we needed some time to process insurance and other paperwork, I decided to drop off my trade in and spoke with the manager, Brandon, who said he would arrange for my wife and I to drive back with one of their rental cars since we were coming from so far. That was very kind and he didn't have to do that, but it was a nice touch to their service. Little did I know that they managed to get me to drive home in my new car, which was a pleasant surprise. Lisa handled the final paperwork and clearly explained all the additional options I should consider. Then Nate, Lisa, and her team stayed a bit after hours on a Saturday to get me a temporary ID so that I could safely drive home. I want to thank Michelle, Nate, Brandon, Lisa, and the rest of their team for a great experience and impressive attention to quality. More
Great buying experience We were still deciding between another make and the Mazda 3 when we first visited the dealership. We went on a long test drive, and were able to get a really good feel for the 3. Our salesman Nate Sommers encouraged us to try out as many of the features as we could on the drive. After that we were decided on the Mazda, but we weren't quite ready to buy, feeling like we needed to do more research on pricing and financing. We felt no pressure from Nate and took his card. We returned ready to make the purchase a couple days later and were greeted by Bob Hansen, one of the sales managers. This was on a Sunday, when they are usually closed, but were open that day (with shorter hours and a skeleton crew) for a Mazda sales event. Bob was great! He worked out the deal on Nate's behalf, appraised our trade-in, and handled all the details until we got to the finance department. The initial deal offered to us was very close to a consumer reports 'great buy' designation, and Bob worked with us, giving us more than our pretty old station wagon was worth, to get us the exact deal we wanted. Again, it was a no pressure experience, and after the deal was negotiated, with the financing left open, to get us the best interest rate, we returned Monday morning to transact the deal and take delivery. We ended up with a great deal on the financing through them, getting an APR just a little below a preapproved 1.99 % rate we had secured on our own as a backup. The finance manager Mark Smith was also a pleasure to deal with, and he had everything ready to go when we got there, so it was a very smooth process, which did not take too long. He facilitated everything for us, so that we did not have to go to the DMV, and he had also informed our insurance company, so that we were covered when we drove off the lot without even having to call them. Very much appreciated! The car was perfectly detailed and ready to go and Nate spent a good deal of time going over all of the Mazda 3's many features. It was a really pleasant way to end the experience. Nate had also taken us to the service manager Morey, who answered a few questions we had and gave us good information concerning service and warranty protection. The dealership is a bit of a drive for us, but it is where we will be going. Obviously we had a great experience with the purchase and would recommend the dealership itself and everyone we dealt with to friends. Also- we love the Mazda 3, it's a great car, we're very happy with it! More

While I would usually buy from the dealer closest to us for service reasons,everything just seemed right at Mazda of Manchester. We had talked with Dave a few times,then went to see him to buy the car,but he had already left and we had Brandon(a sales manager) help us with the paperwork,so that we could pick up the vehicle(CX-5) the next day.When we went to pick it up,there was a mix up in a few of the extras. Everyone bent over backwards to make things right,and they made them right. Had we called and found out Dave had left,we would've waited til the next day,so this was our fault,not anyone at Mazda of Manchester. While we're hoping we don't need another vehicle for many years to come,we wouldn't hesitate to go back,thanks al for making it such an enjoyable purchase. More

First Lease! I had the greatest experience with salesman Richard Sika here at Mazda of Manchester. Prior to this experience I had gone to two other dealers to check out new leases. The first dealer saw me and with that saw a grad student with no money who wasn't worth their time. The next dealer gave me a great deal for a great car but it wasn't clear to me that their salespeople knew everything about their cars. My last stop was Mazda of Manchester, and I really fell in love with the Mazda3. Rich took me on a test drive and taught me about the car. This was the first salesperson who took the time to talk about something other than the color, which I appreciated. Rich gave me undivided attention, understood my needs,was incredibly helpful, and most importantly kind! Thank you Mazda of Manchester, I finally feel safe in my car! Mark in finance was also nice and kept me posted on the financial aspect. More

What set this experience apart from other dealerships I shopped was the friendly, low-pressure atmosphere. Everyone I dealt with was personable and understood that I wasn't in dire need of a car so they let me settle things at my own pace. Once I decided to buy Fran did everything she could to stay competitive and ultimately landed the sale. More

I work in the customer service field and I can tell you that everyone there made me feel like they were trying to meet my needs. Overall I had a great customer experience and am satisfied with my purchase of the Mazda CX 9. But I'm not the only one, my kids LOVE IT! More
