He took his time and made sure I knew all of the features that the car had to offer and how to access them. You can tell he is very experienced starting with his test drive. He had a path for us to follow that had a mix of highway, hills and winding backroads. Other test drives I went on, the salesman just let me do a simple loop. Rich wanted to make sure I had a good feeling on how the car would handle on different streets and highways. He was very patient when I was choosing the color options for the car and even took me to see different color combinations. I never felt like he was trying to upsell or rush me. I would definitely recommend Rich to my friends (and already have). Fantastic experience! More

He has a great low-pressure style and is extremely responsive to all of my questions. Whenever I have my car serviced, I stop by and see Rich. He's always friendly and takes time to catch up with me. When I was considering upgrading, I went straight to Rich and he worked with me to get the best price for my trade-in. This is not the closest dealer to where I live, but it's worth the extra mile. My 1st Mazda Bought my Mazda 6 a week ago. The experience was great..a little bumpy because of the bank but it was great. Fran was simply amazing and knowledgeable Bought my Mazda 6 a week ago. The experience was great..a little bumpy because of the bank but it was great. Fran was simply amazing and knowledgeable. She let us have an extended test drive, which was very nice of her. The best thing I loved about her and the place (and in my opinion what differentiated them from other dealerships) was that I was not pressurized into buying a car. Mark worked with us through out the financing process and after a week of to and fro with the bank, got the deal done for us. I simply love my Mazda 6!!! More

Mark handled the expected business management function but I appreciated that he didn't try to oversell and accepted "no thank you" without pressure.
