Beginning with Ron Sloan who knowledgeably showed us the car we were interested in and took us on a test drive that really tested the car, to Brandon Hansen who worked with us on pricing, to Wayne who attended to some details, to Lisa who helped us with the paper signing, to service who got the car ready to perfection...we would give each of them 5 stars! Seriously, buy a car from this dealership...we're so glad we did! More

I don't like to be made a liar. Because of a few issues (the details of which I won't get into here because I know that things happen) you offered me a discount, which I appreciated Because of a few issues (the details of which I won't get into here because I know that things happen) you offered me a discount, which I appreciated and accepted gladly, only to find while signing that only a part of what was promised was applied. I didn't make a big thing of it, I still went ahead with the purchase but I mentioned it to the sales person -Ron Sloan - (very friendly and efficient), who must have passed it on to you. To then get a call from you only to tell me how you would NEVER have given the discount and that I was wrong??? I guess gone are the days when people actually did what they SAID they would do. Because of this, added to numerous issues during the process of trying making this purchase, I will never be able to recommend you or this dealership. It shouldn't take 5 days to buy a car. If the owner wants to call me directly I will be happy to answer questions, if not, that's fine by me too. Sorry..... More

The vehic I have recently purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Passat from Mazda of Manchester, and was treated to excellent customer service from Rich Sika!! The vehicle and its features were thoroughly explained and demonstrated. The ease and speed of purchasing a vehicle at this dealership was completely unexpected; the vehicle was purchased on a Saturday morning, and I was driving it home in the late afternoon. Wonderful! I would highly recommend Mr. Sika for any vehicle purchase, and was also treated with great courtesy by other sales and financing staff. Every single person was responsive, pleasant and professional. I wanted a particular model and color combination that was not readily available. Dave kept me posted on the status of availability, and when it was time to purchase the car, it was hassle free. ( As an aside, other dealerships I solicited in trying to obtain a price for the car either did not respond at all, or only answered my questions in very general terms; their language was carefully crafted to avoid specifics.) I can only speak of Mazda of Manchester in the most glowing of terms. Thank you for taking such good care of me during the car buying and pick-up processes. You are a huge asset to the Mazda corporation! More
