Manager, Brandon refused to honor battery warranty. Purchased certified pre-owned cx-5 in 2019, needed battery replaced in 2021 and AGAIN four months prior to warranty expiration this year. I was facing a difficult situation in needing to replace my vehicle under a great deal of stress. Andrew was so respectful and was actually low pressure. He did not hound me with phone calls and texts which I absolutely loved and appreciated. I was planning on purchasing from this dealership because of my positive experience; the ONLY reason I didn't do so, was simply because I was looking for a specific model, trim, and color and another dealership could provide this more quickly. Even after purchasing, Andrew continued to be so nice. Highly recommend this dealership! We just had a great experience at Manchester Mazda. Our salesman , Kris, went above and beyond for us. His easy going demeanor and no pressure attitude made it pleasurable to do business. He made sure my son had new tires to replace the ones that were on and instead of just replacing one damaged wheel cover, all 4 were replaced ( which was a surprise).
