We have had wonderful positive experiences since buying our 2010 Honda Civic in July 2013. My wife and I were very much impressed by the professional attitude of Jarrod toward the customer. He was very polite, prove a lot of knowledge regarding the product ( in our case was a new Honda professional attitude of Jarrod toward the customer. I found Erik to be a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. He was able to answer all of my questions and returned my phone calls in a timely manner. Kris was excellent to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car and how much I was willing to spend. He showed us all the cars we wanted to see and offered a test drive for each. I went into Manchester Honda in need of a car quickly because my car was having major mechanical problems. I really liked the car I had and was not happy about having to replace it and was in a pretty because my car was having major mechanical problems. I really liked the car I had and was not happy about having to replace it and was in a pretty sour mood. I was greeted quickly and told a salesperson would be right with me. Then I met Jack. His upbeat personality and enthusiasm quickly turned this dreaded task into a pleasant experience. After telling Jack my sad story, he promptly showed me a CR-V in exactly the color I wanted even though I hadn't discussed color with him. I left without making a purchase because I wanted to shop around. After going to two other dealers I quickly realized that customer service is a number one priority at Manchester Honda and wasn't at those other dealerships. One week later I drove off the Manchester Honda lot with my new CR-V. I had great instruction from Kim on how to use the hands-free and navigation features and Jack handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently and even called me the next day to see how I was doing with my new vehicle! I will definitely recommend Manchester Honda to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. More
