He had previously sold my daughter her first ever new car and we had a great experience then. I would definitely ask for Bill again. He was professional but down to earth. He was aware that I knew exactly what I liked and didn't like. And when I contacted him to make sure something we had talked about would be taken care of prior to pickup, he laughed and said he had just done so. After picking up the car we noticed the purchased VIN etching had not been performed. Bill was right on it and we had it completed quickly and professionally. Overall a great experience. We will be back! More

Little did I know that there were a lot of hidden fees involved in my sale. They even promised me something and never actually did the work. My experience with Manchester Honda was completely different. I worked with Frank who is great. Very Knowledgable and never pressured me. Knows his stuff. The whole place wants to educate you on their selection and get you in a car that you like. After I bought my car, Cliff came out and explained all the cool features to my new Honda Accord. He helped me program the bluetooth and various other features. They were very generous on my trade in as well. That always helps when you are buying a new car and don't want to vary from the financing you were looking for. Speaking of, the financing was painless. Frank actually took care of everything. I didn't have to go into an office and feel like I was signing my life away. This is what I had to do at the other dealership. All and all an excellent experience. I will buy all of my cars from this place. More

I am very happy to buy a used Honda civic from Manchester-Honda. A reliable dealer. The customer service was good. No hidden charges were applied. This was a no pressure, no hassle process. We've always trusted the Honda name, and went looking at other comparable models to see if any other brand suited our needs. I bought the car from across state lines, and everything was handled without any issue with getting my car registered and insured in Massachusetts. As a single female, car shopping can be overwhelming especially because sales people tend to take advantage of females buying cars. When I met Jarrod I felt comfortable, and I instantly began to trust him. I knew that he was the person I wanted to buy a car from. His outstanding customer service skills did not stop once I purchased my car. I plan on keeping my CRV for a while, but I have no doubt that the next time I purchase a vehicle I will be going straight to Jarrod (no matter what dealership he is at). More
