Being an older female, walking into a car dealership alone can be quite intimidating. My experience at Manchester Honda this past July was a stress free one. He compared features of the car I was interested in, a 2012 Honda Accord, with my 2003 Nissan Maxima. He talked of the amenities in the Honda Accord, the heated/leather seats, a hands free phone system, moon roof, defrosting side view mirrors, of gasoline savings, and the very important safety feature, having both side and front air bags, amoung other things. We discussed leasing vs. purchasing a car. He explained that with leasing I would not have to worry about major repairs, tires, or the battery, but only routine maintenance. I understand what's under the hood in a car is very important, however, as a retired grandmother, I am more interested in how big the trunk is and how 3 people will fit in the rear seat comfortably. I decided to lease my new Honda Accord, which put me and my children's minds at ease, knowing I will be in a very safe and reliable car for the next 3 years. I am very happy with my new Honda, and I have recommended Manchester Honda and my salesman, Paul Grinold, to others. More

Ellen, a previous sales rep of ours checked in often to see how things were going, Cliff showed us all the features of our new purchase, and Joshua made the financials easy to deal with despite having a tired, hungry 4-year old whining in the background. We purchased our first Honda Civic in 1978-------a Civic Wagon.....we loved that car. In 2008, thirty years later, we bought a 2008 Civic EX-L......loved that car also. We had a great experience with Tim Batson, who was very patient with us, and the ongoing service has been excellent. I love the express lane; I show up at 6:45 am, no appointment, have the service done, and am out in 30 to 45 minutes. Also love the Keurig coffee! The car was is a nice benefit too. We are now leasing a 2012 Civic; our first foray into leasing a Honda. Tim was very helpful in giving us the pros and cons of buying versus leasing. We felt we got a fair trade in (not as much as selling privately, but no hassel!) Delivery was great, and no glitches. We are taking the car on a road trip to NC tomorrow, and are looking forward to the motoring experience in our new car. All in all a great experience in auto acquisition. John and Marie Bennett More

I went tho this dealer several times before making up my mind on which car to buy. I went in between Toyota, Volkswagon, Honda. The staff showed extreme patience in dealing with my decision making.
