He also made some calls to try to locate a model in red for me. He did all that one would want from a sales person. When I first went to Manchester Honda, I already had a Civic, bought at a different CT Honda dealer. My employer was their ISP. When it was time to buy, I went to Manchester Honda, and my experience was great. That was eight years ago. When it was time to move on to another car, another Honda Civic was my choice, and Manchester Honda was my dealer. I had been planning this purchase for a while, as the old Civic put on miles, and have been in touch with the salesman for months. I took an initial test drive in July (I was getting impatient!). There was no pressure; the salesman was content to wait until I was ready. By purchase time, I essentially came in to pick the color and sign the papers. The finance manager I dealt with was also very low-key. There is no hassle, no pushy in-your-face tactics. The product sells itself. I would definitely go back again, and have recommended Manchester Honda to friends (one of whom took me up on it, and is happy with his Fit). BTW-- the 8-year old 2004 Civic? It has over 300,000 miles and is still going strong: my wife "inherited" it. Her 1995 Odyssey went to my niece. Yes, we are a Honda family. More

The previous dealerships had nowhere near the level of customer service and knowledge that Manchester had. Kris was amazing! He talked me through purchasing a new car and all of my options. When we test drove a 2012 CRV he explained every last detail of the car. He and Steve worked to find me a new 2013 CRV in the color and interior I requested, as the vehicle is just coming out. They found me one within a day. The financing process was so smooth and simple and he explained everything about the paperwork I was signing. Steve was there when I picked up my vehicle and explained every last button on the car to me so that I had no questions when I drove off the lot. Every single person that I came into contact with was so courteous and helpful. It was just a great experience and I absolutely love my new car!! Even though it is an hour away, I will continue to go to Manchester Honda to service my vehicle.
