Our philosophy has always been to listen to our customers and "change for the better" focusing on improvement in all departments. Our conversation on the phone has helped us understand your concerns. However, I think it would have been beneficial for all of us if you had taken advantage of our offer to come back into our dealership with your Honda Civic and with your local mechanic so we could have reviewed the recommended repairs together. When it comes to safety items such as brakes or suspension items, we would rather air on the side of caution then send you out on parts that could fail down the road. No matter what length of time. We are happy to see your Honda Civic has over a 125,000 miles on it and we hope you get another 125,000 miles of safe driving. Thank you again for your time and input.
