It was decided that I needed to replace my car, so I started working on homework. What did want in a care? Not want? What features and accessories did I want/need? Hybrid or not? I stopped an another dealership and was thinking about a KIA, but after discussing further decided we did not have enough information on its longevity.My husband and I decided to go to Manchester Honda to look at the Accord as I had Civic and was getting out of an Outback. The dealership had a friendly feel to it. Everyone was smiling and greeted us warmly. Bill stopped by and greeted us, we are old friends. He was very profession and knew what he was talking about. He listened to what I was saying and recommended a vehicle that was in my budget and had the features I wanted. He put me at ease almost immediately by telling my husband and I the dealership philosphy. It is one really works, so we ended up ordering a new car and I absolutely love it! Bill was very willing to spend as long as we needed answering questions, even though we waltzed through the door at 4:30pm on a Saturday to start looking at cars! We bought a used vehicle that is not a Honda, however, Kim took the time prior to our vehicle delivery to go through the car and make sure that she knew the ins and outs of the vehicle so that she could show us every option on the vehicle. The delivery process at Honda is the absolute best I have ever seen. Josh in finance was wonderful. Signing for a vehicle can sometimes be a nerve-racking task. He had such a wonderful demeanor and made us feel so comfortable. I can't say enough good things about Manchester Honda. We will be customers for life!! More
