We haven't been to a car dealership in many years, and my wife and I were a little nervous about it. But this experience was very different than what we expected. Ellen greeted my us within minutes of enteri wife and I were a little nervous about it. But this experience was very different than what we expected. Ellen greeted my us within minutes of entering the showroom. She explained exactly how the process worked, and there were no surprises. Everything worked out exactly how she said it would. We never felt pressured in any way, and even though the dealership was crazy busy, we never felt rushed. Ellen was very knowledgeable about all of the cars and gave us all the information we needed to make a good decision. Still... no pressure. When we went back to pick up the car, Ellen had the car ready to go. We met with Cliff, and he explained all of the new features and maintenance of the car. He was very thorough and pleasant. When we went to sign the papers, Cliff transferred the plates. No surprises at the closing either - except that we got a better interest rate than we were told. I'll take those kind of surprises any day. My wife commented after we left that, "That was the most pleasant car buying experience we ever had." I have to agree! I will definately recommend Ellen, and Manchester Honda, to anybody looking for a new or used car. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definately be buying our next car at Manchester Honda. Thanks! More
We had a wonderful experience with Paul Grinold and Cliff Silva. Process was very smooth, and saved a huge amount of time. We have a new van in our driveway, with only 2 visits to the dealership. We had a great experience at Manchester Honda! We came in looking for a specific car. As soon as I saw it, I didn't want to look at anything else. I took it for a test drive while my old car was getting look looking for a specific car. As soon as I saw it, I didn't want to look at anything else. I took it for a test drive while my old car was getting looked over for the trade in. The trade in process for my old car went so smoothly. My whole experience there from start to finish was really great. I recommend this dealer. They do no pressure you and they are very knowledgable about Hondas. I am very satisfied with my new Honda and this dealership. More
I thought the vehicle was well priced, and also thought I was treated in a friendly and cordial manner. One was that I scheduled my delivery on Friday for noon the following Monday. On Monday at 9am I got a call saying that there was a hiccup and I could not pick up the car until a couple days later because some paperwork still needed to come in from the California DMV. I had returned the rental car that my insurance was paying for the previous night because my coverage had run out (my previous car had been totaled in an accident). When I explained the inconvenience and that I now had to rent a car with money out of my pocket, I was not offered a rental from Manchester Honda, nor was I offered any sort of reimbursement until I told the sales manager the story as I was signing paperwork for the car that Thursday. I missed a snowboarding trip with some friends Wednesday and Thursday because I was in limbo waiting for the paperwork to come in and did not want to pay for a rental car for Wednesday-Friday if I did not need to. The other was that I paid for mudflaps upon the signing of my initial paperwork, but when I got to the dealership to pick up my car on Thursday, they did not have mudflaps installed, and I had to wait for them to be installed on the spot. The dealership was able to accommodate me by refunding the money I paid out-of-pocket for the rental, though the inconvenience and missed snowboarding trip was collateral damage. The dealership also was flexible in allowing me to sign my insurance check over to them (and refund me the balance) instead of bring them a cashier's check. Beyond that I'm glad to get the car I got at the price I got it at. One final note is that I was driving home today and tried to use my windshield wiper fluid, but nothing came out. So, I bought some fluid and funneled it down into the appropriate container... and I tried using the function again and still nothing came out, leading me to believe that there is a leak in the container or some malfunction in the mechanism that I'm now going to have to take care of. At this point I'm just hoping for a minimal time and money investment. I don't know yet if this is covered under any warranty or guarantee, but I'm hoping I don't end up having to pay for repairs on a car I got less than one week ago. More

We worked together to find the right car for me and it was a speedy and pleasant experience. Brian Fitzpatrick was my finance person and helped me to understand the details of my loan. Both of these gentlemen at Manchester Honda have made this dealership my new home for any car needs I may have. I will be recommending this dealer to anyone who is looking to buy a car. More

Overall great experience. No pressure, just plain, simple, and resourceful. Warranties are very straightforward. I took my car to get serviced after a week of buying the car because the steering whe simple, and resourceful. Warranties are very straightforward. I took my car to get serviced after a week of buying the car because the steering wheel was shaking a little bit and they took it in quickly to get it fixed at no cost. They even provide transportation if your car has to stay at the dealership all day. Everyone is very nice, and helpful. Definitely best dealership experience so far. More
