My wife and I were looking to buy a new car and have had Honda's in the past. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by several people and directed to someone who could help us. As part of the process we were trading in a car. We had told them a price that we wanted in order to buy a new car and they offered us more money. We had a certain color in mind and that was ordered immediately and arrived within 24 hours. Kris called us on his day off to answer questions and to give an update on the status of our car. Cliff went through the entire car with us, helped set up our phone and answered all questions that we had with patience. Having the last appointment of the day, we did not feel rushed. Equally impressive was the time the staff took with us on the day of delivery to be sure we were fully aquainted with the features of the car. We were immediately comfortable with the abundant technology in our car, so much better thay getting oriented on the fly as you are driving home. As important as the buying experience is, you can buy a new car of any brand from many dealers. Our decision to buy from Manchster Honda was really based on the incredible after the sale service we received the first two times. We never had any serious issues with our Hondas, but whenever we brought he cars in for routine maintenance, the work was always done right and on time. The work was always reasonably priced. When there was elective work to be done, the mechanics were always allowed the time to thoroughly explain why the work should be done and what the benefit was. You are not stuck talking a service manager who is more interested in getting them in and getting them out.
