I was greeted by "Jim" in service very cheerfully and hhe honored an internet price on the Man Honda website even though it was going to be highter. We have two Hondas, an Accord and a CRV. Both were purchased at Manchester Honda and have been serviced there. The service has been excellent. The service representatives have always been very friend purchased at Manchester Honda and have been serviced there. The service has been excellent. The service representatives have always been very friendly and helpful. They make helpful recommendations without being over zealous about selling repair work that does not need to be done immediately. Sometimes it takes too long for "express service" Ninety minutes is a long time for an oil change. On one occasion it took less time for front brakes, but I did have an appointment for that work. Also price seems a little high, Overall though Manchester Honda is an excellent place to get my vehicles serviced and we will continue to have our cars serviced there. More
The professionalism at Manchester Honda excels any other dealer. Everyone in the Service Dept. is courteous and you are greeted promptly when you arrive. I've stuck with Manchester Honda for service since buying my (at the time new) '07 Accord there. The people there have been great to work with; when my compressor for the air conditioner went out, th buying my (at the time new) '07 Accord there. Scheduling for this warranty hose replacement was relatively painless and the repair was completed the same day, although it took longer than estimated due to complications arising from my car being a standard instead of the more common automatic. The delay required special arrangements to pick the car up, which were also accomplished painlessly. This time no additional unnecessary work was recommended. On my previous trip to this dealer (less than 12 months ago) for the radio display back lighting failure, additional work was recommended. It was determined to be unnecessary by my regular mechanic. I have not used this dealer for routine maintenance since my first visit. More

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. They really go out of their way to make the car buying experience painless, and especially excel in the area of customer service. I want to say a special thanks to Joe Marconi for taking the time to go above and beyond to make me a very happy customer. I can honestly say that this was one of the best and most efficient car purchase experiences I have had. My sales experience was great with TJ. Their Sales staff remains friendly, knowledgeable, low key and answers every question to the customer's satisfaction when we purchased our new CR-V. Their Service department has earned a very good reputation and continues to be professional, responsive and courteous with my wife & me. In the rare event of a problem with the vehicle, their notifications have always been timely. Consistently high Consumer Report ratings and our past CR-V experiences during the last three years were major factors that influenced our decision to purchase a 2013 Ridgeline from Manchester Honda. More
