We needed a new car and had narrowed the choices to three makes. We started at Manchester Honda with the usual trepidation based on previous car purchasing experiences. We were blown away by the experience provided by Tim Batson. He answered all of our questions and really listened to what we had to say. There was zero pressure to purchase the used car we looked at or any other car. However, we learned a ton about the dealership and their value proposition. We left very impressed with Tim and with Manchester Honda. We had more questions about purchase vs lease and Tim answered those questions to my satisfaction. He offered what I thought was fair value for my trade and I was convinced that this was the place we would trade at. All that was left was choose the model and color. Again Tim helped us through these decisions with the utmost in sensitivity, patience and respect. We can't speak to other employees at Manchester Honda yet, but everyone we saw or spoke with seemed friendly, interested and helpful. We have purchased many cars since we started driving in the late 1950's and this was far and away the best buying experience we've had. Way to go Manchester Honda and especially Tim. More
This is my second purchase from Manchester Honda. My wife bought an Accord in 2012. Paul was my sales consultant both times and I could not be more pleased with his knowledge of Honda's as well as his over bought an Accord in 2012. Paul was my sales consultant both times and I could not be more pleased with his knowledge of Honda's as well as his overall friendliness. I traded in a 1 year old Hyundai Sonata largely due to lack of customer service not at just 1 Hyundai dealership but the whole network. Hyundai sells a product that has a nice shiny wrapper but once your in the net watch out. Honda is the complete package, and Manchester Honda is a true example of customer service where the customer comes first. I am a Manchester Honda customer for life. More

I am usually very satisfied with the service received at the Honda dealer. I do not feel pressured when bringing the car in for service. I will have to bring it in again because of a problem I am experien the Honda dealer. I do not feel pressured when bringing the car in for service. I will have to bring it in again because of a problem I am experiencing of late. As I'm driving along I get a hesitation as if it's not getting a gas flow or a slight bucking. It's been going on for a couple of months now. I wonder if it's something simple but I realize it may be costly. R.M. Brangan More
I dropped off my Honda Pilot for its first oil change and tire rotation on May 14th. I purchased the Pilot in February and picked it up the day of the blizzard. I was there the day before purchasing a used c tire rotation on May 14th. I purchased the Pilot in February and picked it up the day of the blizzard. I was there the day before purchasing a used car for my daughter, when Peter Larson showed me this Pilot that was just traded in. Knowing Manchester Honda's no haggle policy, I wasn't concerned with the sticker price. I knew I was getting a good deal, and would be very well taken care of both in sales AND service! I am not unfamiliar with the Honda family. My ex wife drives an Odyssey, my daughter drives a civic, I used to drive a civic as well before trading it in for a different vehicle that suited my needs for that time. Seeing this practically brand new Pilot sitting on the pad, I knew I had to have it. Peter Larson orchestrated the purchase and pick up of my Pilot to be "hassle free". This is one reason why I will always return to Manchester Honda for not only service, but sales too, should I ever need another Honda in the future. Getting back to my service appointment.. I arrived and was quickly greeted by Matt one of the Customer Service Managers, he was extremely friendly and helpful. I was put at ease by Matt, that my vehicle would be fully diagnosed and any issues quickly brought to my attention. Matt told me the work would take an hour and a half, he was true to his word! The young lady at the cashier counter was also extremely friendly, unfortunately I can't remember her name. It's nice to see someone with such a pleasant, friendly and funny personality in customer service. All that I mentioned above, and the "family" atmosphere I feel at Manchester Honda, will definitely keep me coming back for many years!! Thank you! More
I have had a very pleasant experience with Honda so far, during both the sales process and the maintenance since that time. I love that, when purchasing, Paul & Kris were not the stereotypical "pushy sales during both the sales process and the maintenance since that time. I love that, when purchasing, Paul & Kris were not the stereotypical "pushy sales people," and they actually encouraged me to take my time making my decision. Also, with the several oil changes I have done since the initial sale, I have had very good experiences as well. The employees have consistently been very friendly and always had smiles on their faces, and were able to answer all of my questions (and I ask lots of them!). I have told all my friends and family members how amazing Manchester Honda is, and how different your dealership is from the other dealerships in the area. I have a friend at work that was just in the market for a new car, and I raved about Manchester Honda so much that she did end up going there and ended up purchasing an Accord. I'm sure I'll direct more business your way in the future - I know I'll definitely go back (if my Civic ever bites the dust... hopefully it doesn't!). I would like to thank Manchester Honda for all of their help. More
First let me say Ellen and Beth Ann are absolutely amazing and so kind it was nice to have brought my first car with these ladies although I must admit when I first went into the dealership I did not amazing and so kind it was nice to have brought my first car with these ladies although I must admit when I first went into the dealership I did not imagine I would be putting my down payment on that night and making the rounds to purchase the car. It was a little fast paced but again Ellen was amazing and was so patient test driving the different cars and we played phone tag for a while because I am a full time student in an internship so it is hard to get a hold of me but Ellen was great. She has a passion that is contagious and she helps to guide you through the process. However, I think when dealing with the used cars you need to make sure you know your stuff I would not recommend anyone going into this process by yourself because now there were a lot of questions I wish I would have asked before putting down my deposit and eventually buying this car. I have to say I hate their warranty on my car and I don't think the service area effectively communicates what is going on with the car to the sales people. First of all, I had a minor scratch on my windshield that was on the car, which since I picked up my car at night I did not notice until the next day, after going back and forth (with some delays on my part because of my busy schedule as well as always getting someone's voice mail) service informed me they would not take care of this even though it was on the car when I purchased it. It is not a big thing at all and I have no problems paying the minimal amount needed to fix it, it wasn't a big deal but the fact they would not fix it should have been my first warning sign. Prior to the window incident I noticed my car was pulling to the right which thankfully Jim in service did help to take care of so with him being the exception, I was not otherwise impressed with their service department. Now four days (2 months in total) after my warranty has ended my check engine light is on and my car is acting up. I am really questioning how thorough their service department inspects traded in/used cars and it sucks because this is just added stress I did not expect when I am trying to finish school and graduate. I thought maybe down the road in Oct/Nov maybe something small would pop up, it happens but only two months and this car is giving me issues? On top of that, my millage is not even at 56,000 I think if you are going to get a brand new car and want good customer service from the sales people then go here and request Ellen. However, I am disappointed with their service area and I thought after four years I would possibly get another car from here but I will go somewhere else. I just don't understand how this car is already giving me issues, it is beyond stressful because I did not expect this kind of issue from Manchester Honda where I know a lot of people get their Honda cars. I went here specifically because it had good word of mouth but again like I said it might only apply to their brand new cars, I would not get a used Kia from here or any other brand besides Honda. I just hope my words can be a fair warning to prevent someone else having to deal with the same headache I find myself in. Again though, the staff is very friendly in the Sales area and I don't fault anyone there but in the service dept I am just not sure how thorough they check these used cars so just be cautious of that, I can't say it is not a good dealership to go for a new car but as for used with a different make other than Honda, I am not so sure. Ellen and Beth are great so I will say that and Ellen even sent me a happy birthday email I don't think you will find the friendly atmosphere like here in many other places but again be cautious of buying a used car here other than Honda from my own personal experience. Working with Erik Nielsen was an unexpected pleasure. Very helpful and courteous, without pressure to buy right away. I will definitely buy my next Honda from him as well! Very helpful and courteous, without pressure to buy right away. I will definitely buy my next Honda from him as well! More
As usual the Service Managers and Cashier are very friendly. The service department takes the time out and call you and let you know if they see something that needs to be fixed immediately or if it c friendly. My most recent visit I wasn't happy with my wash. I know this is a free service but my license frame was bent in the front and my back windshield wiper was broke. I am glad you have this survey because I haven't been able to call let them know. More
