I knew what I wanted and had a few dealerships and cars to choose from. I felt comfortable with Manchester Honda and Erik as soon as I sat down and started talking with him. It was a very straightforward process and was free of the typical sales BS. The nicest touch was when we closed on the car the next day, the dealership dispatched a driver to pick me up at my home in Windsor and drive me to the dealership to take delivery of my new car. More

The service experience was very good, as it has been on all occasions. Our only problem with Manchester Honda was with the sales team. We think that the policy of fixed pricing works against really goo all occasions. Our only problem with Manchester Honda was with the sales team. We think that the policy of fixed pricing works against really good customer service from the sales team since they seem to lose interest in you once the sale is made. We were bounced between 2 different sale person when we bought the car and neither of them responded very well to our needs. They were OK when we were in the dealership but did not respond well to phone calls and emails. For that reason, we would most likely shop around the next time we buy a car. More

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From start to finish Tim Batson was great. He made me and my wife very comfortable. We decided to lease a Pilot so Tim showed us a paper that listed each Pilot model and the cost to lease with the different mileage limits. This paper also showed exactly what the value was that they were using to base the lease off of. I am impressed with the fact that the sales people do not work off of commission. This eliminates ALL the normal nonsense from the deal. They also gave me what I thought was a great trade-in price for my 11 year old Explorer. The fact that Manchester Honda offers a life time warranty on the engine is just the icing on the cake! I cannot see myself ever going to another dealer to buy a car that is how thrilled we were with this deal. Thank you Tim Batson and Manchester Honda. More
I went to Manchester Honda looking for a 2010 accord coupe. Dustin knew everything about the car and even thou I had my own financing Dustin went out of his way to have me sit down with Joshua of the fi coupe. I was very disappointed that my 3rd brake light failed especially since it is made of LEDs. The car is only 4 years old and has under 50,000 miles. I was also disappointed to learn from the service advisor that the 3rd brake light failure is fairly common. I have never seen a car with the 3rd brake light out. I plan to complain to HONDA about this. I was also extremely disappointed to learn that our 8 year extended warranty did not cover this. More
My wife and I found the staff at Manchester Honda honest, knowledgeable, flexible and friendly. Everyone we encountered was great! We did not feel pressured or rushed and everyone took their time and explained his part of the process. We feel very confident with our purchase. Manchester Honda is a great place with great cars and most of all real customer service. Our past experiences with other dealerships had been nightmarish at best but, Manchester Honda's staff convince us that there are still great people that are committed to selling a great product. We would definitely recommend any family or friends to Manchester Honda. We would like to thank everyone very much for everything they did to help us make our purchase. More
