I brought my CRV in for a recall. Matt told me it usually takes a 1/2 day to do this job. I told him I was aware of that, since it was noted in the recall, and was prepared to wait. Out of the blue usually takes a 1/2 day to do this job. I told him I was aware of that, since it was noted in the recall, and was prepared to wait. Out of the blue, 2 hrs. later, Matt comes out and says the car is done! He noted that it was rare that happens, but they did there best to accommodate and their schedule set-up permitted them to get it done sooner. Now there's something to toot your horn about! More

Came in with the thought to buy a new 2013 Odyssey EX-L to replace my 2001 Odyssey EX-L purchased from Manchester Honda in December 2000 which just passed 193,000 miles with few problems. Had considered sm to replace my 2001 Odyssey EX-L purchased from Manchester Honda in December 2000 which just passed 193,000 miles with few problems. Had considered small SUV's, but could not accept considerable reduction in cargo space. Bill Nolette was my salesman. Adding a few attractive bells and whistles brought the price too high for me at age 75. Decided instead to go with a 2010. Although there were several 2010 EX-L's on the lot, none were in colors that I liked. Several days later, Bill spotted one coming in from auction and called me right away. The vehicle was coming off a lease and had less than 31,000 miles on it. Took a look and liked. Came back later with my wife for her opinion and a test drive. Two hours later (30 minutes past closing time) we had a deal! Throughout the process, Bill was patient and very helpful in helping me sort things out. He knows the Honda product, and has a good deal of knowledge about cars in general. I know I could have saved a few bucks buying elsewhere, but others don't offer the warranties and put as much in to repairs and and replacements. Haven't picked up the car yet, but, based on previous experience with Manchester Honda, I expect it will be as good as can be! More
All I can say is that I wish their was a rating higher than great. I went to a few and felt that I was given the typical dealer experience that many of us have come to know when purchasing a new vehicle. From the moment I stepped into Manchester Honda on a very busy Saturday morning, it was completely different. Both me and my husband were greeted by the receptionist and immediately sent to probably one of the best salesman I have ever met(Erik Busher)He was extremely knowledgable about the product , and really listened to what we were looking for . Since I was in need of a vehicle as soon as possible, I was impressed with the selection that was available in their stock.I never once felt pressured to buy that day,but was glad that I did. The day that I picked up the vehicle was so organized and I left feeling very confident about our purchase. In fact, my husband was so impressed with the dealership, but especially Erik, that he went down a few days .later and purchased a used but certified Honda Accord. I will definitely use this dealership again,and have to say that anyone who has Erik as a salesperson will be very lucky and will be in very good hands.I highly recommend if you are looking for a new or used vehicle to keep Manchester Honda at the top of your list. This was an unscheduled need for service. The hatchback door handle did not function and I was in need of an assessment of what went wrong and how much it would cost to repair/replace. Since I didn't have door handle did not function and I was in need of an assessment of what went wrong and how much it would cost to repair/replace. Since I didn't have the time to wait for the repair to be made, a ride home was offered while the repair was made. On a previous visit for oil and filter change...it was also noted and suggested that I schedule a followup appointment for additional work on tie rod and lower ball joint boots. Since it would incur a pretty hefty cost I am taking the suggestion and will schedule my car for this repair. I value the mechanic/service person's notations for keeping my Honda CRV in good running condition. I may even see a odometer with 200,000 miles on it if I keep up with preventive maintenance. The rear door handle and lock was repaired with no additional breaks in the panel which had to be removed for the repair. All in all, I have been very pleased with Manchester Honda's service and all the staff for their courteous demeanor and knowledge given and shared with the customer. I expressly commend Mr. Troy Roberts for going above and beyond good customer service. Please NOtE!! More
When our 2000 Honda Odyssey hit 190,000 miles we started looking around for a replacement. We looked at several dealers and settled on Manchester Honda due to the large section and no haggle pricing. He worked tirelessly looking for our vehicle. Steve located a 2009 Odyssey with 60,000. It was perfect for our family of five. There were however some little issues that we wanted addressed before we purchased the vehicle and Steve took care of them with no problem. The service team was top notch and it felt as if I was buying a new car, not just a used one! Zach was great finalizing all the docs and paperwork. About three weeks after we had the vehicle my wife had heard a noise coming from the engine. It was loud. We ended up calling Honda service and they towed the vehicle to Manchester. Steve kicked into action once again. Manchester Honda not only paid for the tow, but also delivered a loaner vehicle to her place of work! When the vehicle was fixed (turns out it was a minor A/C switch that was defective) they actually delivered the vehicle back to her work! Unbelievable service! More
My husband bought his first Honda (a CRX) new in 1985 from Manchester Honda. Seventeen years later, he replaced it with a new 2002 Insight, and a couple of months later, I bought my 2003 Civic Hybrid th from Manchester Honda. Seventeen years later, he replaced it with a new 2002 Insight, and a couple of months later, I bought my 2003 Civic Hybrid there. Since 1985, we’ve had nothing but good experiences with Manchester Honda, who has earned our undying loyalty. Every visit there is a pleasure! P.S. This dealership was like night and day from the six others I had been to in the last week. I did an on-line appraisal through Auto Trader which attracted me to the dealership. Mr. Farrah emailed and others I had been to in the last week. I did an on-line appraisal through Auto Trader which attracted me to the dealership. Mr. Farrah emailed and called me within minutes of the appraisal. His tone was welcoming and yet he was also honest about the appraisal process. I really appreciated his sincerity. When I arrived at the dealership, they had a huge white board, welcoming customers, by name. My name was there and the entire dealership was decorated with red, white, and blue balloons for Independence Day. I was immediately sent to a sales person, Kris Selby who was thorough, direct, friendly, and presented information in a clear and concise way. He was also sure not to be to aggressive and emphasized that Manchester Honda is not like other dealerships-- there is no haggle, no hassle, and most of all-- it really was a FAIR price. Honestly, it was pretty tough to say no. I left for a second to ask the service people about the car I was purchasing and they were equally as friendly on the way out-- sharing what they thought of the model I bought and giving me their input about which type of interior they felt would hold up best over time. In the end, Kris and the trainee, Charles (who was quite pleasant and also knew a lot about cars,) stayed well past 5pm to be sure I had processed my paperwork effectively and was comfortable with my purchase. I can't say enough about Manchester Honda. If you can make the drive, it will be well worth your time-- ask for Kris or Charles-- they were good. More
