They are competitive with other dealers in the area, award returnees and have extras others do not (like the li always professional and a great deal. They happened to have the exact model, trim line, and color that I wanted, so after a test drive and some good conversation with Jerrod, I told him I'd give him a call over the weekend with my decision. I know he was anxious for me to make a decision, but he was very understanding of my wanting to go home and do some number crunching. I was quite satisfied with the cost of the vehicle, though I do think I could have gotten more for my trade-in. Jerrod had mentioned that since I was a return customer [bought my previous Accord there in 2001], I was eligible for a $300 credit if they could prove that I had previously bought there. I did have to remind the finance guy of this when we were doing the final paperwork when I picked up the car, but they were able to verify it and he issued me a credit right then. All in all, it was a great experience, and I will continue to recommend Manchester Honda. More

Continually made mistakes along the way of our purchasing a new vehicle. Sales people don't adequately discuss with each other and management lacks understanding of Customer Service. Had ALL tires and rear brakes replaced on their recommendation $1200. Suddenly now car shakes so upon immediate return, they claim I need front breaks fixed -- even though two days prior they told me they were fine. Could not have been a result of their work was all I was told. Unbelievable. More

I have been a customer of Manchester Honda since February 2002. Dave sold me my first Honda, a 1998 Accord, and I was very impressed with his customer service skills. He was very knowledgeable and exercised great patience as he answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns. Clearly he was interested in meeting my needs because he has followed up with me ever since that first sale. Recently, Dave sold me my 5th car, a 2012 Civic which is very economical on gas. It works great for me because I travel many miles to and from work every day. Kim was just delightful as she congratulated me on yet another purchase. She delivered my new car to me with an expertise that made me feel comfortable with the upgraded features in the model. Gradually, my family and I have grown accustomed to the overall friendly atmosphere at the dealership and also the excellent quality of service from the maintenance department. I feel very special; Peter Larson and Allen Oberg even keep me apprised of the deals that are beneficial to me. I appreciate all extra courtesies that are extended to me and I look forward to continuing relationship with the staff. More
A month ago, I was looking for my second car. I had Jennifer Raymer as my consultant. Jen showed me what I came to see, but also offered to show me other possibilities that I might be interested in. She was very helpful and listened well to what I was looking for. Initially not the car I came to see, I decided on a 2010 Kia Forte. Working with the financial members of the Manchester Honda was stressful at times as it made me feel pressured, however, Jennifer Raymer made up for this. She was very helpful and reassuring. She made sure that all my questions were answered and that everything was going smoothly. I would recommend Jennifer Raymer to anyone. More
