Manchester Honda gave us a good deal on our trade-in (much better than CarMax!) and we know we got a decent price on the Odyssey since we shopped around. The only thing negative I had to say is that we asked for the ceiling to be cleaned before we got the car and when I got there to pick it up, the request had not gotten to the service department, so we have to take it back to have the ceiling cleaned. A minor inconvenience, the rest of the experience was really positive! If we buy another Honda, it will be from here! More
Bill Nolette and his associates provided excellent customer service. I was able to view the cars in the lot at my pace and when I was ready for help the receptionist found Bill to assist me. My Wife and I were looking to purchase a used Honda Pilot and came across one at Manchester Honda. We were happy with the low mileage and the price was OK. We put a deposit down on the vehicle and decided to and came across one at Manchester Honda. We were happy with the low mileage and the price was OK. We put a deposit down on the vehicle and decided to shop around for the best interest rate for the car loan. Our sales person Michael Petrella created a Retail Purchase Order for us to take to our local Credit Union so we would know how much of a loan to get. After a week we set up a delivery date to take delivery of our new Pilot. While in the middle of signing all the financing documents Michael mentions the total $ amount we needed to put down which was $3,711 higher than the original Purchase Order. It seems that Michael forgot to add some negative equity from our trade in into the original purchase order! After talking with Michael's Manager Allen Oberg. We did have some options: 1- Get a new loan for a larger amount. 2- Put down more cash. Obviously, we based our financing off of their Purchase Order and we were prepared to put cash down to make up the difference but not an additional $3,711! We tried to talk to Michael about the issue but He told us the dealership does not negotiate on the price of the vehicle. I then stated it wasn't negotiating when they messed up the #'s. Michael and his manager did apologize for the mistake and stated that it was a computer error and that they do not have a Finance Manger to run the #'s! Needless to say, we did not purchase the car. I will never recommend Manchester Honda to anyone! I recommend you save yourself a lot of time and frustration and buy a Honda from another dealer! More

A deer had crashed our 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid and we were looking to replace it. I had come in and, looked around at new and used, and told Dave the 2013 had too many electronic bells and whistles for us older folks, and that we simply could not afford it. Time went by and more went wrong with the 2004 hybrid. Dave knew our preferences, and we suddenly got a call. The dealership had just taken in trade a 2008 Civic hybrid in super condition - 71,000 plus miles and two more years for warranty. What we didn't know was that it looked brand spanking new, and the previous owner had done all 15 required checkups, all on time and at Manchester Honda. Also the dealership had put four brand new tires on it. For us, it was better than we could have imagined. Dave had waited till Manchester Honda took in trade a car that he knew would match our desires, and he gave me a call. He never bothered us with calls for other cars until, in a timely manner, he had found our cream puff. Thanks, Dave. From some one I had never known until I first walked into Manchester Honda a number of years ago, you have become a true friend, You are the only person I have turned to in seeking a vehicle to meet our needs. I had an excellent experience here. They have a one-price system, there's no haggling, so you don't have to worry about the person next to you getting a better deal. My sales associate, Erik Nielsen, was the most professional sales associate I've ever dealt with. He really took care of me, treated me with respect, answered all my questions, was patient with me. The experience at the dealership is the main reason I bought a car from them, even though I had another offer for a lower price from their competition. I would recommend this place to everyone. More
We have been dealing with Honda since 1989 and have been very satisfied with Manchester Honda, when we leased our CRV we loved it and enjoyed the extra height making it easier to get in and out of the vehic very satisfied with Manchester Honda, when we leased our CRV we loved it and enjoyed the extra height making it easier to get in and out of the vehicle. Prior to turning in the present lease we shopped around to see if there was another vehicle that we might enjoy but to no avail we returned to Manchester Honda and now have a 2013 CRV though we have had this car for short time we love this one possibly a little more than our prior one, Thank you all for a wonderful experience and easy process to get us into the car we love. All employees we dealt with were able to help us in every way, very knowledgeable, easy to speak to, I would not have any problem recommending Manchester Honda to our friends. Thank you all More
I called to ask about an oil change since it had been over a year since one had been done. Even though the "push button" read 60% I was advised to do it and got an appointment for the next day. I was able to use the "free" oil change I received at the Honda 101 class and was told it was time to rotate the tires too. I waited in the lounge, had coffee, and in a very short time they came to explain that all was finished and all I had to pay was about $30 for a small part that was needed. I was very satisfied and felt well taken care of. More

I have always had a good experience in both service and sales at Manchester Honda. The service department is always helpful in explaining necessary repairs and costs as well as giving advise on possible ma sales at Manchester Honda. The sales department is low pressure which is a real plus and has always been thorough in explaining options and pricing. Great experience. Very straightforward process and well-organized by Bill. He even stayed late to help us get all of the paperwork in order for the delivery of the car.
