I visited Manchester Honda in sort of an emergency situation... I live in a remote area of Connecticut and my car needed work I couldn't afford (a 2005 Civic with 209,000 miles on it and a blown head situation... I visited the store on a Saturday and told the salesman that I needed a car that day with no money down, but good credit. I had picked out a used Civic online the night before and filled out the credit application. They worked with me and I drove away that day with a gorgeous used 2012 Civic with low mileage at a good price, great finance rate, and no money down. More
This is our second time buying a car from Manchester Honda, and we've had terrific experiences both times. We like not having to haggle over price, and got a terrific price on our 2013 Civic. When I decided I wanted the vahicle Jack took me through the purchase and finance process without any hassle. I purchased a car from Manchester Honda, and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership! TJ Graham was absolutely fantastic - knowledgeable about the product from his say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership! TJ Graham was absolutely fantastic - knowledgeable about the product from his years in the service department and personal experience, and focused on how to get me to the goals I wanted (a fuel-efficient car with great safety features, Bluetooth connection, and low maintenance) while never being pushy or focusing on things I did not want. TJ also has a great sense of humor and was very perceptive, always ensuring I had all of my questions answered and providing me with additional information to review later, if I desired it. By the time I walked out with the car, I knew I had made the right decision and could clearly state why the car was for me. This was quite a feat, since I was shopping with my husband and most dealers were eager to speak with him. TJ was happy to work with me and I felt completely comfortable every time I needed more information. If anyone were to ask me for a recommendation on a dealership, I would have them start with Manchester Honda without question! My husband and I are already planning our next purchase - another Honda. More

Once again, we have nothing but a horrible experience with Manchester Honda. This is beyond ridiculous. Now, after deciding to take our van to another Honda dealer, did we find out that our van was rec with Manchester Honda. This is beyond ridiculous. Now, after deciding to take our van to another Honda dealer, did we find out that our van was recalled for the steering, and that we have an electrical issue with our 2010 van, that supposedly was HONDA Cerfitified by Manchester. Mind you, this is the second van Manchester has given us, b/c the first one they sold us was in an accident!!! So, the other dealer told us that the reason why our rear window switch broke again, after we brought it back to Manchester to have it fixed and supposedly they fixed it, is b/c there is an electrical problem. The other dealer said they would work on it, but that they don't want to have to take apart the car to fix it b/c if they do, it may not be covered by our warrenty. We even bought the extended warrenty, and the other dealer said that Manchester should fix this problem, that it could be a big fix. He said that the reason why our steering is still not working properly, if b/c it was not aligned correctly!!!! Are you kidding me? This is after we made Manchester aware of the issue twice, and they told us there was NO ISSUE!! They never mentioned the recall! Now, my husband calls Manchester, speaks to a service tech, who put my husband on hold for 4 mins. When the service tech comes back on, he said that his manager told him we have to bring the car in. We have to now take more time off of work to bring the van in. Mind you, we have taken 2 days off plus for this van. The manager said they will not give us a loaner car, that we have to go get a rental car somewhere else. We are DONE with Manchester!!! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I am appalled. The Better Business Bureau and many others will hear about our entire experience. More
