Knowing we would be needing a new car in the near future, we dropped in several months ago and spoke to Bill Nolette. He was very friendly, helpful and did not pressure us in any way. I told him we would contact him when we were ready, Well, just one week before we are to drive to Florida for the winter, our car died. We had very little time and so much to do before we left. Our mechanic told us that Honda was the best choice, and we remembered Bill. So we drove right down, waited only a few minutes for Bill to finish with another customer, and in just a couple of hours, signed all the paper work. The very next day, Bill's day off, he returned so we could drive away with our 2014 Honda CRV. Kim Cummins spent a good deal of time explaining all the gadgets, and she didn't rush or leave us until we were satisfied. I hope we run into her when she visits Key West. It's been only 3 very busy, hectic, icy days, and I love my new car. I should have listened to everyone who recommended Manchester Honda sooner. More

The last few times I have been to Manchester Honda I notice a little decline in overall service, hence the rating of Good. I asked for a ride to the mall while my 3 hour service was performed. One hour later a ride was offered. Very nice driver and service, the wait was, in my opinion, long and I noticed a driver van available. More

Dustin Kerr was called up to the front to assist me and he responded quickly and professionally and again I felt welcomed and valued. Dustin helped me to pick out a used Pilot that was in my price range and fitted my needs. He was honest, sincere, and genuine. I would buy again from him in a heartbeat. The whole buying process couldn't have gone smoother. I had been to may dealers looking for a new car as my Wife and I are expecting our second child, no dealer compares to Manchester Honda and how quickly this process went. I have spend hours and hours in dealership and walked out empty handed due to sub par customer service, and lack of professionalism. Dustin was excellent, He was professional but relaxed and not at all pushy. My kinda sales Man. We are very pleased with our Pilot and I have to say I notice the small things, the chrome license plate frames are a very classy touch. Most dealers give you crappy plastic ones that fall off after a week. This attention to detail is why Manchester Honda is leaps and bounds above the rest. We also met a woman who showed us the features of our new Pilot I didn't get her name but she was very nice as well. The only thing I would change is it would be a nice touch to add some Honda schwag like a key chain or something with a Honda logo on it That would be the cherry on top. Manchester Honda is a wonderful place to buy a car and to get my vehicles serviced. I have bought two cars with them and do most of my service through their service center. After over 5 years of being a cust get my vehicles serviced. I have bought two cars with them and do most of my service through their service center. After over 5 years of being a customer at Manchester Honda I would still recommend them to all my family and friends (even strangers!). I've had good experience with Manchester Honda Sales and Service until now which causes me to reconsider my position. I showed up 5 minutes early for a scheduled 10:30 am appointment fo a simple oil and Service until now which causes me to reconsider my position. I showed up 5 minutes early for a scheduled 10:30 am appointment fo a simple oil change and tire rotation performed which at that time I was informed that it would take 1:00 -1:15 minutes. returned at 11:20 and was given a courtesy acknowledgement from the cashier that the vehicle's paperwork was not there and it was being worked on. There was no further communication untilI me the vehicle in front of the service dept. at 12:20pm to retrieve my form of payment. I then walked back into the cashier expecting to pay for the additional service. It wasn't until 7 minutes later I agreed (as the cashier suggested) to walk out to the service dept. to retrieve the paperwork that was placed on Jeff's desk. This experience could have been made a bit more consumer centric if a little additional communication regarding the delays was relayed to the consumer. More
