My husband and I purchased two vehicles in Feb. 2009, a 2008 CRV and a 2008 Fit. Tim was very friendly and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. In 2011, I think, we contacted Tim regarding the purchase of a used vehicle and he found us a Civic which we were very happy with. Not needing three vehicles, in early 2013, we again contacted him regarding selling/trading to purchase another vehicle, He found us an Odyssey which my husband loves. Tim stays in contact with us and we continue to recommend Manchester Honda and especially him to friends and strangers. Sharon, the receptionist, is also very friendly and known by us personally. We have our vehicles services and have worked with a variety of service personnel and have always been treated friendly, politely, explaining work that should be performed and service performed. We are completely satisfied with Manchester Honda and would not and will not hesitate to contact Tim when we are again in need of a vehicle. More

I have honda odyseey 2010 under warranty bought six months before in paragon Honda NY. My DVD PLAYER WAS NOT WORKING AND AKSED THE SERVICE AGENT TO LOOK IN ADDITION TO the OIL CHANGE. They had a loo months before in paragon Honda NY. My DVD PLAYER WAS NOT WORKING AND AKSED THE SERVICE AGENT TO LOOK IN ADDITION TO the OIL CHANGE. They had a look and said I need to check with paragon because it has to repaired and need to pay $325 otherwise check with paragon Honda since not covered warranty One of the week end I drove to paragon Honda NY office and they said DVD player should be replaced and covered under warranty. It can be done any Honda show room. They have shared all diagnosis details and print outs for waranty. I am going to share my reviews and my bad experience in Manchester Honda with Honda and public forum to save other customers. I wasted one fine day and spent around $ 200 because of your bad service. This is ridiculous ...have decided not come anymore. More

This is the second car I've purchased from Manchester Honda. The first was an Odyssey, purchased 9 years ago and finally quitting at 244,000 miles. This time I downsized to a CR-V, as my needs have changed. In both cases, the purchase experience was awesome. I have always dreaded buying a car, with all the wheeling and dealing that goes on. Manchester Honda's "Plain and Simple" program is perfect. I don't need a "hard" sales job, since the quality of the vehicles speak for themselves. I worked specifically with Paul this time around, and it was a pleasure from start to finish. He answered all my questions, gave lots of information, and was patient with my decision-making process.
