I, Ginny Basile would like to thank Paul Grinold for all he's done in making my experience of buying a new Honda Civic the best. It's so nice to go to a car dealership and not get blown away with every sal he's done in making my experience of buying a new Honda Civic the best. It's so nice to go to a car dealership and not get blown away with every salesperson coming at you like a stampede. I liked the sign, Silent Salesperson as soon as I got there. You people sure hold up to that. That's what people like. Your main concern is to make the customer comfortable and not pressured. Paul explained everything and if I had to ask again, no problem. I felt totally comfortable and my brother, Steve felt the same. I was glad to have him with me, because he now feels when he has to purchase a car in the future, he plans to come to Manchester Honda. Paul, Thank you for explaining everything to me and you are a real gentleman. I'd recommend you to anyone I know in the search for a new or used car. Also tell Cliff, Thank you. I was in the market for a new car when I decided that I needed something a little bit bigger than my 2010 Ford Focus. I went to a ford dealer and decided that Ford was just not for me anymore. My previous car was a 2002 Honda Civic my family purchased from Manchester Honda. Manchester Honda had taken such great care of me and my civic in the past that I thought I would consider it once again. We sat down with Frank Koss and I explained that I wasn't sure exactly what I was in the market for, and that I wasn't even sure that I wanted to go with a Honda but that I had great luck with my 02 civic. Frank was excellent... he took the time to listen to my quirks and car pet peeves and was patient as I explained everything that I DIDN'T want. He pieced together that the 2014 Honda Accord would be a great option and based on my annual mileage that the best fit for me would be a lease. We test drove some options, and it was love at first drive. Frank explained everything and walked me through the entire process flawlessly. It was quick, easy and painless! The day I picked up my car, everything was extremely well prepped and organized for my arrival. I drove home very happy and excited for my free oil change and honda party! I would not have left the dealership if it wasn't for Frank and his uncanny ability to know what I was looking for even though I didn't even know. Thanks Frank and Manchester Honda!! More
