We were very pleased with our experience buying our new 2014 Honda Odyssey. Tim Batson was the sales person. No pressure applied, which we really appreciated. The reception person Sharon was very helpful and very friendly. You felt like you knew everyone. Peter the manager has always been great thru the years that we have been with Manchester Honda. Our previous car was also a Odyssey having all of our service done at the dealership. We can't say enough about Gary the Service Manager. When my husband was it the hospital Gary walked me thru whatever needed to be done. I really hope I didn't forget anyone because the folks I mentioned made buying our new Odyssey another great experience. I was not looking forward to the whole car buying experience. I am a single woman, most likely going by myself, and I had some experiences at other dealerships where I didn't feel comfortable with th experience. I believe that I would be taken advantage of because I am a woman and don't have a lot of knowledge/confidence in buying cars. As soon as I was introduced to Paul, I was at put at ease. He is very informative and personable and not in anyway pushy or demanding that I buy this or look at that. The entire process was much less stressful than I ever imagined. I was quite happy with Paul and the other employees that I met. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I just have 2 things that need to be resolved and I'm sure they will be handled the same as everything else was. The second key fob was missing so I was told they have one week to find it or I will bring the car back and they will bring it to Hyundai to have it programmed. At the same time I am going to get the car rustproofed/undercoated. More

Most Honda fans would not be surprised that the vehicle we test drove sold itself and turned out to be an excellent ride. We bought 2012 EX-L with 27k miles on it. A great find and a great deal. The level of warranty and protection offered through Manchester Honda is unrivaled. It doesn't matter if you buy new or pre-owned, they provide a Lifetime Warranty only available through select dealers: http://www.manchesterhonda.com/section/secondary/lifetime-warranty/ When it was time to talk money, we financed through our own Credit Union right from the dealership with a fantastic rate for a pre-owned vehicle... and because of the CR-V's safety ratings, our insurance actually dropped. Honda's financial staff did everything within their power to make sure we got the best deal they could offer. If you've built a mental model around Honda's "No Haggle" approach to sales, you owe it to yourself to see why they do things their own way. This was truly a different car buying experience. The drive into Hartford this morning was a piece of cake (2/14/14) Almost forgot... They even sit with you prior to leaving the dealership with the vehicle to go through all the features. John gave us a great demonstration, but it felt good having someone else go through everything with us again right before we drove off the lot. This place is a real class act. Buying a car is such a stressful process, I truly hope this review helps you give this dealership a try. I went to Manchester Honda because i had a bad experience at another Honda dealership. Also i found the car i wanted on their website and email them in the morning and in the afternoon i received a phone fro at another Honda dealership. Very helpful and friendly. Bill was very accommodating and communicative. I appreciated him helping me move car seats for my 2 year old to make test driving as easy as possible. He was upfront and kept in touch with us through out the process. The only downfall was that we went for our first time to test drive and it took an hour and a half to listen to all of the sales information and strategies before we were able to get in a car and to figure out what was important to us. While the information was helpful, we had a limited time which made it hard for us to see what we needed to see. Thank you, Jennifer More
