After speaking with Bryan about what was needed for my service I strolled into the showroom where I again was greeted by both Dirk & Eric .We had some conversation about the new Stinger & the adds on TV. I sat for a while with a cup of coffee & before I knew it Bryan was asking me to come to his station to explain what was done .I was on my way home in about an hour. I will be going back again in a week or so to service my Soul . They always make you feel comfortable & they appreciate your business.I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to service any vehicle. Best Experience Buying a Car Ever! I have accompanied my husband on many car buying excursions as he has always gotten the "new" car and me the used ones over the last 25 years and have I have accompanied my husband on many car buying excursions as he has always gotten the "new" car and me the used ones over the last 25 years and have dreaded car shopping because I always felt descended upon and pressured to buy particular styles or models of cars/trucks or the salesperson only wanted to talk to the 'man' of the family while pointing out the handiness of cup holders and mirrors for fixing my hair to me. This is my first time being the buyer for myself and Cary Gardner was absolutely fantastic. We walked into the dealership just 1/2 hour before closing (I did not buy it online at all but that is not a choice below!) yet she took her time and did not make us feel like we were keeping them from going home which we appreciated. She listened to what I wanted, did not push anything on me trying to increase the price, treated ME like the car buyer and was completely up front so this experience was amazing. The car cost what she said it would and I have the car I wanted in the color I wanted after driving and comparing the different models available. She also took the time to explain different features and functions to me so I knew what I was getting and understood how things work. I am so happy with my Kia Soul, so thank you Cary! More

New tire mounting and balancing. Went in for tire servicing by replacing old with new. Also to have a wheel alignment. I dealt with Marco Reyes-Arteaga upon arrival who I have had the pleasure of dealing with him in the past when he was at Manahawkin Dodge I was greeted with the same compliments I always get and was happy to have him as my rep. At the end of the day as promised he contacted me and told me it was ready however, that the alignment couldn't be done due to frozen tie rod ends. He assured me that the mechanics did everything they could for about an hour to no avail and that they were just too frozen to move. I was still happy that the tires were mounted and balanced and left the dealership happy. Marco was very professional and I always look forward to dealing with him as well as all the service department at Dodge and Kia. I have and will always recommend people who have Dodges or are looking for a Dodge/Kia to got to either dealership and you will be welcomed with open arms with a smile.
