i called ur dealership and bill datz i wanted the jeep that u had..my problem of oweing money on my car was was solved by bill..he took all my info. and called me back at 630 at nite..i missed his call bu that u had..my problem of oweing money on my car was was solved by bill..he took all my info. and called me back at 630 at nite..i missed his call but reached him next morning..he had all facts and fegures..he showed me maney ways i could complete the deal...i came to ur dealership..and he had all paper work started.he let me test drive the jeep and we completed the deal..he is very efficent..he also helped me tranfer my personal items to the jeep..and introduced me to the service manager...i had been trying to buy a jeep in my area for two weeks and was not able to get any of these people to help solve my problem..they did not return my calls and when they did they tended to be vague ..i called bill on wednesday and drove my new jeep home on thursday...i call that excellent service. More
Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel. Sales experience was the best I've had in years. While the Jeep experienced an emissions system failure the same day I brought it home, the service department and dea was the best I've had in years. These guys ripped off my elderly parents repeatedly -thousands and thousands of dollars for shoddy work and parts that were never needed. Their technicians are incompetent. They just throw parts at a -thousands and thousands of dollars for shoddy work and parts that were never needed. Their technicians are incompetent. They just throw parts at a problem and never diagnose the real issue properly -which in the end costs you a lot money, time, and aggravation. When they see elderly people or a woman walk through the door the dollar signs start ringing in their heads because they know they got a sucker on the line and can charge whatever they want. Seriously, avoid bringing your car here for any repairs or maintenance. A really unscrupulous service department that I can't say enough bad things about. More
Used Cars - "Buyer Beware" and don't put to much faith into the 3 month 3000 mile limited warranty. Car purchased for my son overheated one month (5 - 600 miles driven) after buying up at col much faith into the 3 month 3000 mile limited warranty. Car purchased for my son overheated one month (5 - 600 miles driven) after buying up at college. Thermostat housing was cracked and leaking coolant slowly (Common problem on Fords). Even though attached to Engine, any cooling related items are Not covered under limited Engine/Powertrain warranty. I get that, you have to buy the Adder/Plus/Premium/Super what ever package to have that system covered. Indication are that this car had been leaking coolant before I bought it as I had to refill the Bone dry Coolant Overflow tank when I got the car home from Manahawkin. This is a $700 + repair I had to eat. Made first payment while the car was being towed. Manahawkin's position, you didn't buy the extra warranty, this repair is not covered under the basic warranty, so basically "Sorry Charlie". Well that is certainly their prerogative to play it that way and they did. What would I have expected, split the cost. I must be naive. Insult to injury are the couple of voice messages I have gotten welcoming me to the Manahawkin Family. More

Lou Pesapane is the gent who sold us our new Chrysler. Lou was very helpful in explaining all the features of each vehicle we showed interest in. When we advised him of what type of car we wanted and our driving habits he showed us a terrific Town and Country which is perfect for our needs and budget. He never attempted to up the sale to a more elaborate car with features we were not in need of. We are enjoying the Town and Country, we are advising our friends who are interested in a new car after seeing out T&C to visit Manahawkin and talk to Lou. Thank you fro a great buying experience. I HAVE OWNED JEEPS AND DODGES FOR YEARS AND WAS LOOKING TO REPLACE MY JEEP COMMANDER LIMITED EDITION WITH SIMILAR TYPE CAR I MET BILL DATZ AND HE WAS THE MOST EXPERIENCED SALESMAN I HAVE BEEN WITH IN MAN TO REPLACE MY JEEP COMMANDER LIMITED EDITION WITH SIMILAR TYPE CAR I MET BILL DATZ AND HE WAS THE MOST EXPERIENCED SALESMAN I HAVE BEEN WITH IN MANY YEARS I PURCHASED A DODGE DURANGO . AFTER SOME CONFUSION ON MY PART WITH THE ELECTRONICS,HE TOLD ME TO COME IN THE NEXT MORNING AND SPENT WELL OVER AN HOUR GOING OVER EVERY DETAIL WITH MY WIFE AND MYSELF.HE CAME IN EARLY TO ACCOMMODATE US. THE AGENCY HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RE MODELED AND AND IT WAS A PLEASURE TO MEET WITH THEIR SERVICE MGR AND OWNER. Being a woman buying a new car can be intimidating--BUT--Bruce and the staff exhibit an aura of tranquility. No hard sell or intimidation. Wow!! What a relief.
