one star is being generous Three weeks ago I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty with less than 40k miles from what I thought was a reputable dealership. Two weeks into owning this je Three weeks ago I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty with less than 40k miles from what I thought was a reputable dealership. Two weeks into owning this jeep I started having transmission problems with the check engine light coming on. I took it to Manahawkin Chrysler's service center on three separate occasions all within the last ten days and all with the same problem and with them telling me that they could not duplicate the issue, while basically telling me that they are not going to do anything and that the vehicle is fine. how can the vehicle be fine if the check engine light keeps coming on??? I asked to see the general manager where I demanded for my money back because they sold me a lemon. Their response was pretty much laughing in my face & the only course of action was to trade it in for another vehicle if I was unsatisfied. They also told me if I traded it in they would not give me the full amount or close to the amount I paid. Why would I trade out of one unreliable vehicle to another? Unfortunately I have contacted my lawyer and will be taking legal action against this dealership. I did not want it to come to this but sadly this seems to be the only way I might get results. I will never purchase another jeep or any other make of vehicle from this dealer and I advise that no one else does either. More

It turned out the car needed a new transmission, front rotors & brake pads. Fred and his team were extremely easy to work with. The work was done quickly, the pricing was good, and we were able to get a loaner car as well. Since this was a big job, we were kept in the loop the entire time. The car now runs beautifully! We will use this service dept. exclusively for all future issues. Can't recommend them enough. They did great work and were so easy to deal with! Highly recommend! More
