We like to try to stay in our local area, so we went back - one more time (and expecting the worst again). We were greeted by Mr Massmo Pulvirenti, who thoroughly welcomed us - and also by Mr. Greg Woodington (Sales Manager) who completely apologized for the past results at this dealership. We were treated like true and complete customers; and each of the individuals did everything possible to make the buying experience a pleasant (and even pleasurable experience. The business manager, Mr Adam Klimas was also a very happy, and helpful individual. Each of these, were thoroughly professional, had knowledge of the products, were very informative, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate going back to this car dealership. Kudos to Massimo Pulvirenti and Greg Woodington for all of your patience and assistance and for delivering the exact car we wanted (on New Years Eve - no less......)... More

Worth the ride! I traveled 75 miles from my home.I met John there and I was treated with respect by him and the rest of the staff. The ad about this vehicle (on cars.com) was very accurate, the carfax report perfect, the staff was pleasant, and the facility was well-maintained. The salesmen that I mentioned below were very friendly and flexible. I spent most of my time with Massimo and Bill. Greg made his own contribution in closing the price gap. Casey Gelnaw, who handled finances, allowed me to choose the most convenient financial package to pay for the car. So, don't be shy, folks, and pay them a visit. You'll walk out as pleased as I am. I love this place. Ok. Number 2 thing I hate doing most in life is buying a vehicle. 7 months ago I wanted a charger so I came to this dealership. The salesman came out Ok. The salesman came out (normally I cringe at this point as a woman alone , "just looking".) I say to myself, here comes the pitch. Lou did none of that. I could tell he genuinely wanted me to be happy and was willing to spend all the time in the world without pressuring or pushing me. I appreciate this. He found me the R/T model we wanted and my husband and I left very happy the next day with our car. We love it. Fast forward to now, I needed an SUV. I came back. Happy to work with Lou again I was waiting for him to finish up with a customer and for my husband to arrive. The other employees kept me more than entertained with conversation. (My husband was late). They have made purchasing a vehicle fun again for my family. I once again have left happy, satisfied and LOVE my grand cherokee. I WILL be back again!!!!! More
