From the beginning the experience was completely without pressure and entirely professional. Yes, they’re in the business to sell cars, profitably, but we never felt as though anyone was attempting to “get over” on us, or drive a hard bargain. We arrived at a satisfactory price and financing and departed happily. Post-purchase there were several issues which needed resolution and these were handled amicably, and in fact they went above-and-beyond our expectations. And so, we look forward to many years of fun and safe driving in our Jeep. Bottom-line: Would we recommend this dealership and team to others? We liked the new Jeep Cherokee, and Casey Gelnaw showed me a few they had on the lot. Unfortunately, we only wanted white or mango, and the new V-6 with stop-start technology. Well, Casey took me to the secret deep woods Jeep storage facility that I guess they maintain just for picky people like me and found a mango V-6 sitting in a darkened corner. I test drove this Cherokee and liked it, but it had about $5000 worth of options I didn't want to have to pay for. So I made an offer based on the options I knew I wanted, and Casey surprised the heck out of me by putting the deal together. And you know, now that I've had the Cherokee for a couple of days, I really like that all glass roof that I never would have ordered if it wasn't already on the Jeep. So good job Casey, I'm astounded you were able to sell me this vehicle and still make a profit. I'll certainly recommend Manahawkin Jeep to my friends, and I'll be back to replace my Wrangler when that gets a redesign next year. I bought my first Jeep in a little tiny dealership in Virginia 40 years ago, bought another 30 or so of them over the years, and this was the best Jeep buying experiences I've had since then. More
