Our sales rep was Casey Gelnaw, business/finance manager Adam Klimas, and dealership GM Greg “Woody” Woodington. From the beginning the experience was completely without pressure and entirely professional. Yes, they’re in the business to sell cars, profitably, but we never felt as though anyone was attempting to “get over” on us, or drive a hard bargain. We arrived at a satisfactory price and financing and departed happily. Post-purchase there were several issues which needed resolution and these were handled amicably, and in fact they went above-and-beyond our expectations. And so, we look forward to many years of fun and safe driving in our Jeep. Bottom-line: Would we recommend this dealership and team to others?
