Great service ONLY until you complete the purchase My husband and I bought a car from this dealership a little over a month ago. Well, I've been driving around with expired temporary plates for over a My husband and I bought a car from this dealership a little over a month ago. Well, I've been driving around with expired temporary plates for over a week! We have called up the dealership several times to no avail. We were supposed to get them three weeks ago! The first time we called inquiring about the plates they lied to us and told my husband that they were ready. My husband thought about driving to the dealership to get them himself (located over an hour ago from our home). Thank God he didn't drive all the way over there, because when we called them back the next day they told us that the plates would not be ready until at least a few more days. It has been five days and still no news on the plates, not even a phone call. We will call this place tomorrow to see what is the status. It seems to us that once the dealership closed the deal, they didn't feel necessary to be professional anymore. This has been a great disapointing experience for us. I'm glad I waited a little longer to leave a accurate review on this place. Apparently, they make the buying process easy but once you are out the door, they forget what good customer service means. More
