I explained what I was looking for and knew exactly what would work for my family and I. Again, it was pouring out and with a smile on his face he went over and beyond to ensure that I loved the vehicle! I also dealt with Mr. Blaise who was extremely down to earth and got right down to the nitty gritty. I for one, dislike the playing around the bush. I don't like to waste time, he put it all out there on the table and got me to where I needed to be budget wise and also got me into a brand new Dodge Durango SXT!! Hidden problem They could not find the reason for the air suspension was not working. They had a computer man do stuff and said it's fine when we know it wasn't. Finally after bringing it back 3 x the finance guy went with me for a drive and couldn't understand what the problem was. Then he tinkered with the controls and it was fixed. They even put a new suspension in. But the problem was with the service dept. feeling like they believed us. Woody saved the day and he's not in service dept. Also the receptionist never acknowledges or smiles. Seems always stressed over worked More

This was a relief due to the fact that my previous buying experience did not go this well. I honestly did not think I would leave with my dream car that day and I did.
