However, I was thoroughly and pleasantly surprised by Manahawkin Chrysler. I dealt directly with Justin in sales, and Adam in finance, and both were extremely professional and it seemed, just as excited as I was. Can't say enough about Justin. He handled everything from the first point of contact. Once I decided on the car I wanted, he kept me in direct contact via text message on the availability on the car and even went as far as to hold it for me as best as he could (this dealership does not take hold deposits, so this was done out of Justin's own willingness). It just felt like everyone was willing to go the extra mile to make my car buying experience an exciting and joyful one. After a number of disappointments at several other dealerships in the area, Manahawkin was simply a breath of fresh air. No wonder their rating is at a stellar 97%. I'll be recommending Manahawkin, and specifically Justin, to everyone of my young (ready to buy a car) friends and family. I hope to bring him some business. And I will certainly be back. More

Changed my views about car dealerships! I was honestly dreading going to the dealership because of the notion of pushiness and aggressive sales tactics associated with them. Not only was he the exact opposite of pushy but was patient with me and answered all of my questions professionally and throughly. I never felt rushed or forced into something I wasn't comfortable with. Every employee I ran into was friendly and accommodating. Casey knows the vehicles inside and out, but only the owner can decide on the color they like most and I was very undecided. So they took my preferred "Gray" vs "White" Patriots and parked them in the lot side by side and left me alone to compare, call friends and even send them pics to help make my final decision. Finally I made my choice and Blaise worked with Casey to write me up a great deal! Lesson is that some people need a little more time to decide things when buying a car and these guys showed patience throughout. Oh, yes, I bought the white one. More

Fast forward to now and we can happily say we have found the vehicle we wanted within our budgetary needs.
