He had a coloring kit for my kids to help keep them occupied. Another nice detail that did not go unnoticed was that he personally went outside in the cold to make sure the truck was prepped perfectly. We saw him cleaning the windows himself which was above and beyond. They also took the extra care to set the new radio with all our favorite presets from the previous car we turned in. The manager was also great and gave us a great deal... Quickly! Saving time without the back and forth was appreciated. We left a competitors dealership the day before that we had purchased many vehicles with and Manahawkin gave us a better price with way, way superior customer service. We have a new family dealership to buy our vehicles from now! More

Michael Butera and Justin Friedland(both helped me out) were very knowledgeable and externally helpful with a smooth sales process while Jon Vitale helped with the financial side of things. Tire rotation - Service writer excellent, Technicain poor On Saturday December 3rd I brought my Ram 2500 in for tire rotation at 12:00 noon. Your service writer Marco Reyes Arteaga was very professional, cour On Saturday December 3rd I brought my Ram 2500 in for tire rotation at 12:00 noon. Your service writer Marco Reyes Arteaga was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I asked to bring rear tires to front on same side and crisscross the fronts going to the rear, as per owners manual. Marco noted this on the service order. I get truck back and notice one front tire had 80psi, other has 68 psi which flags something was done incorrectly. The rear tires are 10psi higher. I had written down each tires valve position in relation to markings on tire to make sure the rotation would be done correctly. I did get out of truck in Barnegat to check and left tires were wrong. I called Marco right away and he said to bring back the truck. I did return to the dealership and showed Marco what the technician had done. Technician took the Right Rear tire and moved to front on same side, technician took left front and moved to Right Rear (both correct). Then he took Right Front and moved to Left Front but never moved Left Rear at all. When I brought back the truck I had a rather lengthy wait and Marco had to push tech to complete. I have no confidence in the service dept. with a simple procedure as a truck tire rotation. The Service writer Marco I would give a 10 for his professionalism. It is a shame the technician destroyed my confidence in your service department. More
