From the moment you step in you are greeted by a service rep (Mary Ann or Fred) and after a quick review of what service will be done, your car is quickly brought in. I usually make an appointment and have never waited more than 10 minutes before my car is brought in and even when I don't have an appointment, I never wait long before I see my car being driven in for service. Oftentimes when I make an appointment, my car is taken in immediately upon my arrival. Once my car is taken in for service, a service rep or the mechanic, comes over to tell me what work will be performed and if there are any issues. The mechanics are top notch and I have never had a problem with any of their work. Also, they get me in and out as quickly as they can depending on what work is being performed. Over the years, I have recommended this dealership to others and have never had a complaint. They pride themselves in customer service and have never let me down. I highly recommend them. More
