After the third attempt by Manahawkin Jeep to fix my vehicle, and 6+ weeks in the shop, still unrepaired. In fairness, the dealer claims that Jeep told them I have to just keep putting miles on my 4xe, vehicle, and 6+ weeks in the shop, still unrepaired. In fairness, the dealer claims that Jeep told them I have to just keep putting miles on my 4xe, but after 960 miles I'd expect that electric drive is not functioning properly. The owner's manual estimates that the FORM function will return after about 20 minutes, not happening! More

The service team at Manahawkin Chrysler did a great job identifying and completing this latest service call. I had a planned trip and they aloud me to drop off and pickup my car around my trip. Purchasing or leasing a vehicle 5 stars but when a dealership has no after market service they get dropped to one star. I have a 2023 4xe hybrid wrangler. Not a cheap car. The charger has stopped wor dealership has no after market service they get dropped to one star. I have a 2023 4xe hybrid wrangler. Not a cheap car. The charger has stopped working 2x in recent months. Last time it took 3 days for them to replace the malfunctioning part I called today 12/26 and told their first appointment to fix a repeat problem is February 2. Epic fail. I am a repeat purchaser at this dealership but will not be back for a third time More
