After realizing that this SUV would not suit the needs of my family, Brian was able to make some great recommendations, all of which overcame the obstacles we faced. When I needed information, he gave it to me, when my wife and I needed space to talk, he gave us that, too. Never pushy, but always present. He was able to get me the financing terms I needed to make the monthly payments fit into my budget. And after I bought my new Pacifica, he even cleaned it himself to speed up the process! Great Service I have a jeep with very high mileage and in pretty good shape but lately it was making a noise at highway speeds so i made an appointment at Manahawk I have a jeep with very high mileage and in pretty good shape but lately it was making a noise at highway speeds so i made an appointment at Manahawkin Jeep to have it looked at. I was afraid that the noise would be a costly repair, but luckily with the help of Fred and Bob in service my mind was set at ease. They stated that the sound I was hearing was not something that can be easily fixed and could lead to costly repairs that wouldn't guarantee resolving the problem. I really appreciate their honesty. They could have easily tried to take my money by recommending additional repairs that wouldn't have been needed. To me,that's a sign of doing good business and I plan on bringing my cars there in the future. More
