Took my car in for routine service. I have a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and took it in for the first free oil change. I was greeted by Marco in the Service Department. I had made the appointment the day before, so they took me right on time, and I was done within 45 minutes. Marco went over what was done on the vehicle, showed me the multi-point inspection checklist, and and provided me with a receipt. This is a first class operation. It was pretty much impossible not to fall in love with it. So I sat down with him to discuss my options. He gave me several and went over all the details.
