It was pretty much impossible not to fall in love with it. So I sat down with him to discuss my options. He gave me several and went over all the details. Oil Change Service Marco Reyes Arteaga was my Service Advisor for this service; He took my information and was aware of my appointment and Lifetime Oil Change Agreement Marco Reyes Arteaga was my Service Advisor for this service; He took my information and was aware of my appointment and Lifetime Oil Change Agreement package. Service was completed in an hour and the truck was returned to me clean and to my expectations. My Not Recommend this service center is based upon a previous experience when they wanted to charge me an "Inspection Fee" of $95.00 to inspect a brake line that was obviously leaking. I asked for some consideration for what should be an easy repair, however I had to go elsewhere for this repair. As an aside, I did need 2 calibers as the fronts were too rusted to bleed, however I paid for this repair without an extra $95.00 charge! I purchased my lifetime oil change agreement just after moving into the area and before I had a need for more significant service, Based upon the above incident and some others with emissions and the engine light, I have found another service center for my Ram pick up. I will only use this center for oil changes and if the opportunity comes I would probably not lease or purchase a new truck from this dealer based upon the service department. More
