Easiest car buying experience! I was referred to this dealership by my sister who had a great experience. He was very polite, easy to work with, and answered all my questions. I did not once get that pressured feeling these dealerships like to give off trying to say anything just to get rid of the vehicle. I got a great deal on a 2012 Dodge Durango. The car was a recent trade in so it still needed to be cleaned and safety checked which worked out because I needed time to get a ride back to pick it up so in the meantime they ran it through the necessary testing, did an oil change, and detailed it. It looked like a brand new car when I returned!! They had the car fax available for me to view and gave me a copy. The whole buying process was so easy and quick. I am beyond happy with my purchase and my experience. I would definitely go back here for my next car. And I will recommend them to anyone I know looking to purchase a car. More

I've been searching for a truck for about 3 months and have visited every Dodge dealership in Ocean County. The fact that I come from Toms River and have chosen to purchase a vehicle, strike that, I have chosen to purchase three vehicles so far from Manahawkin Chrysler and RAM says a lot. You guys always seem to make the deal happen. I always feel that I have been treated fairly and with respect when we make a deal at your dealership. A few months ago we leased a new Pacifica after turning in the lease on Our Town & Country. That deal went smooth as well. I think that you have a good process from internet sales to the concierge to the sales floor. I always tell people we only buy from Manahawkin Chrysler- Dodge and have recommended several people who have purchased vehicles from your dealership. We only had 1 issue we the truck we got we required a nav unit and the truck was not equip .the management team (Sorry his name escapes me ) was very nice and helpful it was resolved same day with full satisfaction . Walk-In Repairs I am not a regular customer of tis dealership. I did not buy my Jeep form this dealership. However, when I had a service issue, the dealership accep I am not a regular customer of tis dealership. I did not buy my Jeep form this dealership. However, when I had a service issue, the dealership accepted me as a walk-in, and made me feel as if it valued my business. Joe in Service was exceptionally courteous, professional, effective (he provided an immediate solution, and arranged for additional service the next day - he was prepared to provide same-day service, but I needed my vehicle and couldn't leave it for service until the next day), and informative as to the cost estimate for full repair. The service experience was so extraordinary that I will come to this dealership first when it is time to replace my Jeep - even though it is not conveniently located to my home. The Service Department was that good. More

There were a few issues with the transaction, and it took at least 10 calls to the dealership and salesman to resolve them, and when they screwed up, they refused to acknowledge the issue and refused to apologize for their mistake. I tried contacting the sales manager and the owner, but neither responded. I have had no experience with the service department yet, but highly unlikely to try it after the experience with the purchase. More
