Easy Transaction with Eric Kristoffersen Prior to traveling to the showroom we had spoken with Eric Kristoffersen twice about our interest in a RAM Eco Diesel truck. We were early to our appointment and found that Eric was out delivering a courtesy vehicle to one of his customers (already a good start in our book). He arrived and promptly showed us the vehicle I had shown an interest in. It met all of our expectations and in less than an hour we had completed our transaction. All that was left to do was to have the truck detailed and empty out our items from our trade-in vehicle. Eric took the time to review all the little details of the Ram and even took the time to sync a phone with the new truck. All in all a pleasant experience and we have already received a "thank you" via email. Definitely a hassle-free transaction. More
