I left feeling like I made a great deal. I didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable. And I was a woman who was by herself. Rob was funny and accommodating. He was patient as I sat through to think of the pros and cons to each potential vehicle. Ultimately I am so happy with the vehicle I purchased. The only con to the dealership, Is I felt that the test drive was way too short to actually get a feel for the vehicle. Other than that I will def recommend Rob and Manahawkin Chrysler Dodge Jeep in the future. More

we're "just looking", HAD AN AMAZING BUYING EXPERIENCE my husband and I decided we'd head to this dealer to look at the 2 used vehicles they had that we were interested in. prior to arriving, our main reas my husband and I decided we'd head to this dealer to look at the 2 used vehicles they had that we were interested in. prior to arriving, our main reason for looking and eventually purchasing was "we needed a bigger SUV that had larger towing capacity for our camper". I had had it in my head that this was going to be a torturous experience, buying a car is my absolute LEAST favorite thing to do. we arrived, we were greeted in the lot, the gentleman went to get the salesman I had originally spoken to. ROB came out, met with us, we told him what we were interested in and he went to grab the keys to the 2 vehicles. we looked at both SUVs, they were parked next to each other and that made it easy to compare them physically, ROB was pretty knowledgeable regarding all our questions and if he did not know off hand, he was able to get the answer. we took them both for a test drive. THEN, we went inside to sit at the desk (my worst nightmare... this is where the anxiety begins) BUT, from the beginning ROB was great.! he showed us the carfax for both vehicles, we talked, we DID NOT feel pressured to purchase, the vehicles were fairly priced, we did not feel as though we were paying to much (I did research other vehicles and have comparable prices for the used models we were looking at). I made it clear we were taking the day to go look at other vehicles, we went to this dealership first because it had 2 SUVs at it for us to look at. I advised Rob that we did not need to buy today that we were just simply looking because we were going to be in the market for a new SUV eventually, he was fine with that. he asked if we'd like to know what a payment would be roughly... I said sure. he wanted to know how my credit score, I said very good, he said he'd be right back. he came back showed us the numbers, eh, I wasn't impressed, anxiety just got worse. so he went back to the "desk", then he came back with WOODY... well Woody offered us a fair price for our current vehicle and promised I would be able to go camping next weekend if we purchased the new vehicle. WOODY said "we are not here to pressure you to buy a car from us, you need to buy something you love, how often do you purchase a vehicle, so make sure you love it, if you wanted to go look at the other vehicles I am not here to tell you not to or to pressure you to buy from us; you need to love what you're purchasing" SO WE LEFT. my husband and I drove home, on the way home we talked. before I even got to my driveway I was on the phone calling WOODY back. WE DECIDED TO BUY, which vehicle?? I wasn't sure... but we were coming back and buying today... I had to decide quickly though because Rob needed to call the finance company and he'd need to know which vehicle we wanted to finance. the SUV I chose, I couldn't be more happier with.. I honestly cannot say enough great things about these 2 guys.. I do feel they went above and beyond, they were understanding to our needs and wants, and just bluntly and honestly laid down the facts. it had to have been the BEST car buying experience I ever encountered. (and I purchased 4 cars in my life) and we even feel as though we got extra, because Mike was able to keep us at the purchase price we discussed.. along with getting us more warranty and gap insurance. WOW, right.. I WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, not any time soon...but YES my next vehicle will be purchased here, too. More
