I brought my 2019 dodge caravan in for service, very nice staff greeting at the front desk and spoke to Fred the service advisor with my concerns, he was very easy to talk to and it seemed like he really was staff greeting at the front desk and spoke to Fred the service advisor with my concerns, he was very easy to talk to and it seemed like he really was listening to our car needs for service. I also received a call from the service tech directly during the service and he gave me updates and suggestions as to what we exactly needed to keep our vehicle ready for the upcoming driving season.
