My 2021 Ram has a loose front sway bar that has a loose end connection and cannot be tightened. A replacement part is not available and they have no idea when it will be. We went into this dealership just to look, when we got a fantastic deal on a 2022 Dodge ram 2500 our salesman Jim Pluchino was very knowledgeable and attentive for what we needed. By far the worst experience I ever had buy a vehicle and I am 55 years old. My salesman Jim Pluchino has no idea of how to treat a customer. He told me he didn't want to wait an hour on the phone for my i I am 55 years old. My salesman Jim Pluchino has no idea of how to treat a customer. He told me he didn't want to wait an hour on the phone for my insurance company so he would take care of it on the computer. He contacts me three days later via email to tell me that I must immediantly supply proof of insurance or my loan will not be funded. He never actually wrote a me a word--just send me a letter from the credit union saying funding was withdrawn due to lack of insurance proof. He supplied me with wrong address for the credit union so I also had to fix that error. The final kick was when I was finally contacted that my plates and registration were in I owed an additional $25 in registration fees because they did not know how the truck when they charged for the registration fees. I had an email for a $25 visa gift card for taking a test drive and an email for $100 off a vehicle purchase and when I checked my paperwork, neither of these was to be found. I would not recommend this salesman to anyone and since this dealership employs him, I cannot recommend them eitherl More

My experience with Woody and Chris was exceptionally smooth and comfortable. I stopped by late on a Saturday night to test drive a jeep and followed up discussions over the phone. My 19-year-old daughter and her dad went to look at a car at this location last night. She liked it but it was more than what we were prepared to spend. I called about it today and spoke with Chris Gandet at this location last night. She liked it but it was more than what we were prepared to spend. I called about it today and spoke with Chris Gandet and he couldn’t work within our price range. He said that he had another car (same make, model, and similar mileage) he could get "on the road" for what we had to spend. Chris said the car was $2,000 less expensive than the other vehicle. I confirmed the price. Chris told me that the price difference was because this model did not have a turbo motor. I didn’t try to haggle because I thought the price was fair. I spoke to my daughter and followed up with Chris to confirm all the things he told me because my 19-year-old would be making the hour+ drive by herself and I didn’t want to find out that this deal wasn’t what we were told. Chris assured me of the price and all other information, sent me photos, and said the car was in very good condition. My daughter arrives, test drives the car, and wants to purchase it for the agreed upon price. At this point, Chris says he “made a mistake” and he can’t sell her the car for the represented price. (The car was also a lesser model.) I asked to speak with the “manager”, Greg. Greg said that Chris “made a mistake” but he would be willing to add in a free tank of gas. Greg told me that it is “bad business” to sell a car at a loss. I feel that it is “bad business” to be dishonest, disreputable, and to take advantage of a 19-year-old girl. More
