I did purchase a new Laredo,had the options that were most important to me, such as material seats for my best friend, and few other things. Let's just first say my dashcam caught everything and if you would like to see it let me know . Had an appointment for 2pm on Thursday for an alignment . no issues with the help at the service desk. At 205 pm mechanic started my ram and drive it around back. Grabbed his tools put them in his bag and then put them on the passenger seat and headed out to 72w. Made the first uturn . now I know the road is not the best but he didn't need to hit all the potholes at that kind of speed. Heads down rt 72 e. Makes uturn by Kia and then pulls in on side entrance of Kia. Again hits a huge puddle and pothole not even slowing down. Drives around back of shop pulls in front of bay door enters shop Leaves my truck idle for a good 15 min . then gets back in let a car pull out of bay then pulls in turns off truck . at 315 restarts truck and pulls out of bay . immediately says " this is going to pull " pulls onto rt 72 w. No seatbelt on and says " xxxxen this pulling xxxxxxxxxxxx" goes to rt9 n. Turns on Bay ave to head back to Kia . misses the road for Kia and takes the next road Indian rd. Again doing all of this with no seat belt on. Enters a parking lot of an abandoned building doing a high rate of speeds hits huge potholes and puddles. Gets back on rt 72w. Pulls into Kia again hits the potholes. Goes around back and enters bay. This time he left the key on so I was able to see what was going on. And a bunch of words were said " this fat xxxx" this is xxxxxxxx" ect ect. Finally lowers truck down at 350 and heads back to ram dealership. Again drives the entire way on 72w with no seatbelt on. Pulls in at 355 .. All of the driving and hitting potholes was uncalled for . total disrespect for my truck. People pay a xxxx load of money for these vehicles and to be treated like that is uncalled for. Heck I own the truck and don't treat it like that. . I understand and appreciate that things dont always go as planned and like the fact he went back and fixed the issue . Here is a question I would like an answer to I received my alignment paperwork and says it was compleated at 313 pm. Where is the new paperwork when he went back to fix the pulling issue. ??? How do I know the alignment is really correct ?? More

We planned a Central and North Jersey swing of Jeep dealers, with the goal of finding one salesperson I liked. Manahawkin was our first stop north from Ocean City. Chris Gandet walked out to greet us as we were looking at window stickers. We've been Jeep owners since 1984 and were considering a Wrangler Soft Top, He was kind and subdued, and very patient explaining the soft top advantages, but was also very realistic about my husband's concerns. At this point, I pulled my husband aside and told him I liked Chris! First Stop, too good to be true, right? Then came pricing. Chris was so professional and fun, no hard sell. Enlisted Woody's help on our deal and a very short time later, the deal was done! We ran into some problems of our own making selling our previous Sahara. Chris stayed in constant contact with me by phone and text, to make sure delivery day went smoothly. At delivery he reviewed all the technology with us, helped us set things up efficiently and easily. Paperwork transaction was even fun with Jon! Love the Wrangler! Looking forward to many years of dealing with Chris, Woody, and the service gang! Go to Chris Gandet if you are even thinking about a new Jeep! More
Jeep has been loosing coolant & has had strong coolant order for over four months. Three parts have been replaced at different intervals but the order still remains. Vehicle does not seem to overheat but order for over four months. Three parts have been replaced at different intervals but the order still remains. Vehicle does not seem to overheat but I still feel that issue is not resolved. Staff is friendly & accommodating. First three visits along with labor & parts were covered under factory warranty. Last visit , even though I feel that the issue is on going problem was charged to the extended service agreement with a deductible of $100.00 . I feel that since this problem is related the factory warranty should have covered service & parts with no charge More
Wasn’t happy with my recent visit. Had an defective caliper on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. It was covered under warranty, but the damage it caused to my brakes and rotors was not. Hard to believe that if s caliper on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. It was covered under warranty, but the damage it caused to my brakes and rotors was not. Hard to believe that if something is defective and covered by warranty would not also cover the damage it caused. The vehicle has less than 30,000 miles on it. It should never needed new brakes especially to the rear if something didn’t cause it. Very disappointed in how they treat repeated customers. I guess they only care about is making a dime. More
Just bought a new Sahara, got a great deal and handling the trade in paperwork was a breeze with Chris our salesman.
