I have been dealing with this dealer since their inception 10 years ago now without issue and would give 5 stars but they diagnosed and charged me for a loose sun roof which they could never get a p inception 10 years ago now without issue and would give 5 stars but they diagnosed and charged me for a loose sun roof which they could never get a part to fix. Granted, my truck is 10 years old but all the more reason to check for parts before charging me to diagnose something that was impossible for them to fix. I think they should've either known or checked to see if the part was available before diagnosing. Also, I told them what the problem was so it didn't even need to be diagnosed. On the other hand, Olivia was a delight to work with and is an asset to your dealership. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and personable and is the main reason for the 3 stars that I gave. GIVE HER A RAISE!! More
