No communication, had my car 2 weeks and I had to keep calling for status. Car went back 3 times for same problem. I had my heart set on a Jeep Wrangler, but the inventory has been very low. Big Anthony was extremely patient and helpful as well as Rick. My 2021 Ram has a loose front sway bar that has a loose end connection and cannot be tightened. A replacement part is not available and they have no idea when it will be. I’m told not to do any off road dr end connection and cannot be tightened. A replacement part is not available and they have no idea when it will be. I’m told not to do any off road driving. I’m not comfortable driving a vehicle with loose front end parts. So I’m now making lease payments on vehicle that feels unsafe to drive and not knowing when it will be repaired More
