By far the worst experience I ever had buy a vehicle and I am 55 years old. My salesman Jim Pluchino has no idea of how to treat a customer. He told me he didn't want to wait an hour on the phone for my i I am 55 years old. My salesman Jim Pluchino has no idea of how to treat a customer. He told me he didn't want to wait an hour on the phone for my insurance company so he would take care of it on the computer. He contacts me three days later via email to tell me that I must immediantly supply proof of insurance or my loan will not be funded. He never actually wrote a me a word--just send me a letter from the credit union saying funding was withdrawn due to lack of insurance proof. He supplied me with wrong address for the credit union so I also had to fix that error. The final kick was when I was finally contacted that my plates and registration were in I owed an additional $25 in registration fees because they did not know how the truck when they charged for the registration fees. I had an email for a $25 visa gift card for taking a test drive and an email for $100 off a vehicle purchase and when I checked my paperwork, neither of these was to be found. I would not recommend this salesman to anyone and since this dealership employs him, I cannot recommend them eitherl More
