The dealership is spot on . They didn't force me to sign anything, they didn't ask anything they did what they were supposed to do. They gave me a full tour of the shop. I highly recommend Manahawkin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I recently purchased a 25 RAM after looking at several F150’s. I was impressed by the RAM appearance and comfort. I found that the new hurricane twin I recently purchased a 25 RAM after looking at several F150’s. I was impressed by the RAM appearance and comfort. I found that the new hurricane twin turbo V6 was far superior to Fords eco boost engine. MCDJR’s no pressure no xx buying experience was an absolute pleasure. I went to three different Ford dealerships and was annoyed with how many hidden costs and advertised rebates that virtually nobody would qualify for. I appreciated MCDJR honestly and professionalism. My wife and I were able to make a great deal for a better product. Great service! Knowledgeable sales staff! They have earned our business! Will definitely purchase from them again. Gerry More

3 cars in, and now having issues. Mind you this SUMMIT model that I upgraded to is a little over 6 months old. 2/3 weeks ago my car was in due to a rattling in the drivers door, passe Mind you this SUMMIT model that I upgraded to is a little over 6 months old. 2/3 weeks ago my car was in due to a rattling in the drivers door, passenger speakers (upgraded audio system) not working/rattling and drivers seat making noise when my husband sits in it and drives it. My car was there over a week and they replaced 2 speakers and fixed "a screw issue" tapping on the inside off drivers window. Said there was nothing to be done with drivers seat. This past week we brought the car back in for the same issues (added that the moonroof now rattled) and the car has been there for a week. Received a call at almost 6pm on a Friday to be told there are no issues and the dealer ERIK who leased me the car as well as a service team member CHRIS took my car out to drive around and heard no issues. How were there issues 2/3 weeks ago and things were "fixed" but not there is none and we are just making it all up?? I guess we are just both stupid and should shut up. ALSO, why was the car there for a week but no issues? Lost 2 long term clients. The New Grand Cherokee JEEP models are pure junk, scratch everywhere (inside and out) and the LIMITED is wayyyy better than the SUMMIT. More comfortable seats. If you have any issues you will just be pushed off by the service team here and made to feel like a problem. Also all the loaners are disgustingly dirty and are never cleaner out. GO ELSEWHERE where you are not just a "transaction" or a "problem" I was referred to this dealer back in 2020 from 2 clients who also did business with this branch but now no longer do. More
