My experience with Mr. Frank (Sales Manager), Mr. Michael (Sales representative), Mr. Todd (Finance manager) was beyond expectations. The dealerships principles of dealing honestly and fairly reminded me of the dealership where I worked (a mama & papa store) with the benefits of a mega dealership. I went to over 6 dealerships both in NY and NJ and found that they played games with the numbers and they were low with their promises. I highly recommend this dealership. I original started pricing a Chevrolet and they suggested a Buick, the winning car. I am very Happy with what I purchased and with the professionalism in the dealership. Despite that I live and work in Queens NY they treated me like I live in their community. Ps. Loving our Enclave! My wife and I are in need of a larger SUV as we're expecting our 2nd child in a few months and our current (non GM) car is up soon. TJ and Tito were q My wife and I are in need of a larger SUV as we're expecting our 2nd child in a few months and our current (non GM) car is up soon. TJ and Tito were quick to assist us and answer all of our questions. We went in to look at the Acadia, but found it to be a little smaller than we were looking for. We didn't go in expecting to find the Enclave in our price range, but after a few questions, we found it was doable. Not only that, but they were able to buy my wife's Mazda and saved us some over-mileage charges. My wife is loving her new Buick and our daughter can't stop staring out through the sunroof. I can't thank or recommend these guys enough! More
