Gene and TJ were absolutely wonderful and made the process of leasing a car so smooth and easy. They were honest and informative, getting me exactly what I needed and stayed near my price point. Just Bought my FIFTH car from Malouf When it was time to go car shopping, I scanned the internet to narrow down what I was looking for, then I made ONE phone call and ONE visit to meet wi When it was time to go car shopping, I scanned the internet to narrow down what I was looking for, then I made ONE phone call and ONE visit to meet with Phil. That was enough to seal the deal. For the record, I have now bought 5 cars from Malouf, three of which were Buicks, and both of my last two cars were bought through Phil. Phil is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and he makes things happen. In addition, he made it very clear that if we had ANY questions after the fact to be sure to get in contact with him. We took him up on the offer a couple of times, and he always answered every question without seeming bothered by it. He actually even offered to drop something off at my house on his way home one day. This is why we go back to Malouf and why we go back to Phil. And.. when we are ready for another car, we will once again make one phone call, and that call will be to Phil. I will also add that all of our Buick cars have been serviced ONLY by Malouf. The service is friendly, excellent, and I think is valued properly. More

I was car shopping this past Saturday , went to four different car dealerships to purchase a car within my means, I had a Buick/Chevy car on my wish list this year, and I wound up going to Malouf North different car dealerships to purchase a car within my means, I had a Buick/Chevy car on my wish list this year, and I wound up going to Malouf North Brunswick , and found a car I really liked, unfortunately, due to unforeseen situations, I had to bring my new car back, I was very upset, and to my surprise, the manager Frank Sorensen , and salesmen Phil Redfield went above and beyond by replacing the car with an even more awesome one, Chevy Malibu , candy apple red!!!!!! I cried with happiness, they turned an unpleasant experience into and amazing happy ending, a huge thank you to all there and even the financial guy, Jason 😄 you made my dream come true today 💯 More

At last a Buick dealership that came through! Great experience I shopped around for over a month before I pulled the trigger on my new GMC Terrain. I decided to get my new SUV at Malouf Buick GMC. Not only did they have the best price they were straight forward honest and didn't pull any B.S. The price I was quoted is the price paid and it was significantly less then the Buick/GMC dealership that I dealt with for years.
