Took my car in 9/9/23 to have a part replaced. Six hours later I was still waiting and no one came out to inform me about my car. If it wasn’t for Lisa coming over to me to see why I was still Six hours later I was still waiting and no one came out to inform me about my car. If it wasn’t for Lisa coming over to me to see why I was still there I probably would still be sitting there. It took her about 15 minutes to find out what was wrong with my car and give me a loaner.
