The whole experience left me speechless. In the current atmosphere with COVID they made the whole car buying process seamless. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had, I took my MKC in for a minor repair. My car is still under Factory warranty and the very nasty service crew and manager told me " if you didn't buy your car my MKC in for a minor repair. My car is still under Factory warranty and the very nasty service crew and manager told me " if you didn't buy your car from us we will not service it". They are not honorable to deal with . I took it to another Lincoln dealer and they were a pleasure to deal with. My advise is to stay away at all cost from buying or servicing a car from Malouf. I have told everyone I can about my experience with Malouf Ford and they all agree they are not worthy of any of our business. More
